I have been to CSK for many years. Their prices are competitive yet the ambience felt premium. The service staff are all very helpful and friendly. And I would like to specially mention Eileen who has been my trusted go-to whether it is to enquire about treatments that are suitable for my concerns or answering questions I have regarding my post treatment.

The clinic has a notice asking customers to leave a review in exchange for a free mask (doesn’t mention anything about package). I am actually a loyal customer and have been here multiple times for different kind of treatments like thermage, ulthera, botox and ultraformer. Dr Wendy is an amazing doctor. I came back for her not the clinic.
However, the staff told me that I have to buy a new package today then I can get the free mask upon reviewing (might as well just indicate free mask for new package purchased today instead of ‘reviewing’) and she keeps trying to push me to get another package today. I have just bought a ultraformer package last week and is here today for a skin booster treatment I purchased last week. It is kind of disappointing to hear that cause it is as good as saying your review is only valued when you purchase a new package with us today when I just bought one package last week. Everything is just so sales focused and customer loyalty is not valued. Nevertheless, I am still gonna leave you guys a google review but a disappointed one.

Worst service ever. I worked for an aesthetic clinic previously. This is not normal and NOT THE LEVEL of standards an aesthetic should keep. 1stly, I don't think the treatment I paid for was done well nor the Doctors were friendly .
From my opinion, IMPRESSION LAST and this is why I am writing w/o hesitation. I was hoping my 3rd visit be better than the last two. Unfortunately Not the case this time too :(
While you thought they take good care by calling you back for appointment,wanting to welcome your visit, you arrive being disregard all the time while you are there. I came 3 times and all 3 times I wasn't given the attention I suppose to get for my treatment.I had to compare to other aesthetic company I visited but non of them treat clients the way I was treated. In the 1st place, I was offered a good price for my treatment when I had no intention to sign up for any package. Due to the constant sales talk, i decide to give it a try .If I had known this is the kind of service I be getting, that money would have been invested on another brand with better quality of service.
Here's an insight of what happen to me all 3x ,on my arrival, the staff will park me at the rest area, and totally disregard my waiting time. No checking up on you, they will keep you for more than 30mins and pass by you with no eye contact. You will see the staff running around like they are packed and busy ,but true facts is they are under-staffed on some days at least on my 1st and 2nd visit.My 3rd time they had a descent number of therapists but not even one remember I was at the waiting area. If I hadnt walk up to the reception to ask when are they beginning my treatment, I would have sat there for 1hr or so while these girls comfortably sit and chat by the reception area .There is absolutely no urgency and the girls have no basic courtesy to apologise. My visit on all 3 visit was a HUGE dissapointment.
The management should look into this seriously in my opinion.
And no one should be investing for this service even.
