I just canceled my service and I would not recommend this company at all.
This is the second time in just 5 months that my washer and dryer have stopped working. The first time was already frustrating, but this experience was even worse. I waited over a week and a half for a scheduled delivery, only for a technician to come out and simply pick up my washer and dryer instead. Now I’m being told I have to wait another full week or longer just to get replacements.
The most frustrating part is that while they take forever to resolve issues, they have no problem drafting payments from your account right on time.
On top of that, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. The representatives seem untrained, give inconsistent information, and overall come across as dishonest.
Very poor experience from start to finish.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FALSE ADVERTISING, EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, WILL KEEP TRANSFERRING YOU TO OTHER PEOPLE WHEN YOU ASK HOW THEY ARE GOING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THEIR DEPARTMENT THAT HANDLES DAMAGES HAS COMPLETELY CONTRADICTORY WORDING ON THEIR ATTEMPT TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITIY FOR DAMAGES THEY CAUSE. Pay for brand new appliances, when they started acting up I sent an inquiry and they scheduled a pick up and switch out without any attempt at servicing the new equipment as they claim on their website. Delivery driver broke a pipe, flooded mine, and 2 apartments below mine, and left. They even delivered used, dirty units which work worse than the issues my new ones were having. A month and a half later they claim to not have any new appliances, they keep making appointments for switching out units and the delivery drivers who call to deliver have no clue what's going on and you can't get customer service to do anything to make any of it right.
This needs to be addressed, how does it take 2 weeks to show up and fix a washer?
Their service and customer service are below par. I’ve had them for many years and will be moving to another company. They make a mess every time they come fix something to the machines. Never on time. I’ve had to wait past the time of arrival for them to show up. Don’t trust them in your house by themselves.
UPDATE: work order 7721136 who Ethan E. Johnson was schedule to fix my washer. He stated that he called, text and left a note on my door that he showed up at 11am. HE DID NOT, he completely lied and never came to my house. I waited and stayed home until 1:30pm. No one showed up. I also gave written permission to my leasing office to give him a key in case I wasn’t home. He lied and stated he had no permission to enter when he did have permission because he never showed up AT ALL. This tech needs to get fired and you need to hire actual professionals who take their job seriously. I will be finding another company to rent washer and dryers. Everything about this company is below par.. BELOW PAR.
Brandon did an outstanding job delivering and installing our washing machine. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled the installation efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and working perfectly before he left.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and his willingness to explain things along the way. He made sure the machine was level, the connections were secure, and even walked us through a few basic tips for getting the best performance out of it. The whole process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free because of him.
It’s rare to come across service that’s this professional and personable at the same time. Brandon represented the company extremely well, and I truly appreciate the care he put into the job. If you’re lucky enough to have Brandon handle your delivery or installation, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY......
I've started with high hopes with this service.
However after being rescheduled now for the fourth time, I've lost hope. My washer and dryer were supposed to come two weeks ago, then last week, then this week. Now I was just sent another email saying that I've been rescheduled again on the 26th. Absolutely ridiculous. I am a single father of four little children and we are completely out of clothes. I don't have time in my schedule to go to a laundromat. I've been hand washing my children's clothes like it's the 1900s so my children have something to wear.
The townhomes that I moved into advertise this company. So I'm wondering how many other residents just in my community are getting the same experience that I am. Now I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me. I've been told about 2 hours. I will update here shortly on how that conversation goes.

After further patience, I never received a call or email from the supervisor as stated. Read everybody's reviews before making your decision please. It's funny how this company only comments back on reviews that are five stars yet no comments to help any other customer out that has a one star. This company is absolute garbage and should be reported. I canceled my services and highly regret keeping my calm as long as I did.
Such a smooth set up for my dryer. I 100% recommend this company!! I will always go with them.
Customer service was terrible after being unable to pay online for a new washer and dryer rental for my new apartment. After jumping through a ton of hoops, including a soft pull credit check not going through for whatever reason, mind you I make over $50k a year and just bought a brand new car, they requested for me to pay three months in advanced and also go on auto pay for the service. After being given so many pushbacks and including that the $19.95/month promo was their fall promotion an not available despite it still being listed on their website, I decided to not move forward with the service due to all of these red flags and stated that to the representative and he said “yeah, same goes for the other side too.” Great customer service! Don’t waste your money!
Great service. Great technician. I did not know this laundry service existed until my apartment manager highlighted at the check-in. Erik our installer was super professional and personable. I completely recommend this service for a variety of life situations and events. As a soon to be retiree, having a washer/dryer in my transition apartment without having to move my own laundry set two times was completely worth every penny. The set is clean and completely functional after a professional installation. Recommended 100%.
Love the washing machine, the technician was very nice hook up was very quick and easy will recommend to anyone that needs a washer and dryer to go to appliance warehouse!!!
