I used Crystal Claims Management when my car was hit while it was parked on the side of a road, they were very quick in picking my car up and offering me a replacement. I was very happy with the replacement car as it was almost new and very high spec.
I was informed every step of the way and I was very happy with the outcome of my claim. They also have a garage onsite for repairs.
