Very nice building. Beautiful view of dubai mall and other downtown buildings. The Boulevard Plaza is actually two buildings: Plaza 1 and Plaza 2. It has the famous 'Address Hotel', and it has impressive offices with renowned clients like Aston Martin and others. , Aston Martin has a very nice showroom in the ground floor. Both the Plaza buildings are contacted to the Burj Khalifa Metro Station on one side, and to the world renowned 'Dubai Mall', in the other side. Connected by a pedestrian air conditioned bridge. Well lit and equipped, this long bridge is very wide and nicely designed. It's well secured with cameras and well dressed guards that don't scare you but give you comfort and confidence. The only problem is when you book taxi online the the drivers confused and go to emar square because there is no prominent signage to show parking area and dropoff area. Administration have to think about it.

Walkable distance from Metro, and if you walk a little further, you'll see Burj Khalifa and Down Town Dubai. Amenities are excellent with parking. Clean and easy access from metro.
