Many thanks to Andy and the team at Cruise Holidays for helping us with yet another fantastic holiday. Andy is always brilliant at helping us to choose and guide us through booking our holidays and is always there with information and guidance should we need it. It's so nice to find such a great company who obviously care about their customers!

Andy at Cruise Holidays has been our cruise travel agent for a number of years now, we never consider using anyone else. Exceptional service. Always responds quickly to any questions. Gives plenty of options when I just have a vague idea of where we want to go and when! We have recently returned from a four month trip, which included two long cruises at the start (6 weeks) and finish (4 weeks) both of which Andy sorted and ensured we had all the relevant information regarding visas, testing and other relevant requirements relating to the destinations. Nothing is too much trouble. In Feb 20 as COVID started to affect travelling, we were stuck in Dubai and Andy sorted out our onward travels and couldn't have done more to help us out of a difficult situation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy for any holiday bookings, especially those involving a cruise.

Just back from a fabulous holiday organised through Cruise Holidays UK. Andy could have been more helpful, always at the end of the phone or email with quick responses to queries. He arranged a great package cruise and stay holiday for us and kept us up to date with everything we need to do in the run up. All travel documents were emailed to us a few days before so we had everything we need in one place. Would 100% recommend this company and Andy and we will be back in touch when we decide where we will be cruising next. Thank you so much for making it so easy

We have just arrived back from a group trip to Majorca. Andy coped with various curve balls in managing a group of 17, including people coming from different departure airports at different times. Everything ran smoothy, flights, transfers and the accommodation was excellent. Andy doesn't just do cruises, he has many strings to his bow! Thanks Andy for a great trip.

We have never really imagined ourselves on a cruise, but Andy took time to talk through our hopes and dreams, fears and expectations and gave us clear information and guidance, which gave us the confidence to take the plunge. We have now booked with Cruise Holidays about 9 or 10 times. We find them very easy to deal with, and they always manage to get the right holiday at the right price. Have already got 3 more holidays booked with them ! We can’t recommend them any more than that ! Thank you Cruise Holidays.

Andy at Cruise Holidays was superb in making our honeymoon a very special occasion. We gave him our ideas and he came back with a number of proposals. We decided on Kandolhu which turned out to be a magical place and ticked every one of our requests perfectly. Covid advice was given and even when changes occurred while we were away, Andy was on hand with help.

Can’t beat the service, no hassle booking and always available if needed for any help.

When booking the Andy goes that extra mile to ensure you have everything in place especially during these confusing times. What did surprise us was the fact that he followed up on the return to ask if the holiday was as enjoyable as he had hoped and was there anything that could have been done better. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Thank you Andy from Cruise Holidays UK for sorting out a fabulous holiday for me and my husband. The hotel was totally fabulous you absolutely nailed it. The swim up room was wonderful, and this will certainly be top of my list for future holidays. The location just above Port Adriano offered lots of options for dining in the evening and watching the world go by. The information provided by Andy in regards to current requirements for travelling took the stress out of travelling and it was so easy. The hotel even had a doctor who came in and did the necessary Covid test that we needed before departure. Roll on my next holiday with cruise Holidays, although it may be a repeat of this as it was so good.

Andy booked a Croatian Cruise with Jet2 for us back in December 2019 for August 2020. When it became evident in Spring 2020 that it was unlikely to go ahead due to the Pandemic, we decided to re-schedule to July 2021. Andy contacted Jet2 to arrange this for us. And because we had booked through Andy, not only was this simple and stress-free for us, we also didn't have to pay an Admin Fee to change the booking. Had we booked direct with Jet2 we would have had to pay to make the change. We have since changed the holiday again as back in April it still looked unlikely that travel to Croatia would be safe (and allowed) by July 2021. Once again, Andy sorted this out with Jet2, so again it was a simple and stress-free process for us. I am so glad that I used Andy to book this holiday for us, he has saved me a whole load of stress and time as I have no doubt that had I had to make the phone calls myself it would have been a very time consuming and frustrating process. And now that our new revised holiday is imminent, Andy has provided valuable advice regarding COVID testing requirements and given me peace of mind that we should be easily able to get the tests we need in our resort prior to our return home.
