Well, here it goes. I have a new home purchased through Lennar. CRT had to replace areas of my flooring twice now because I had some planks sticking up and some bubbling. The 2nd time looked better than the first time they came to fix it through my warranty request, however it still looks terrible. Glue everywhere, which you couldn’t see the day they came because it was raining and the floor was wet from the tech wiping the floor down. Then a few of the newly replaced planks did not stay glued down and are now sticking up. I went next door to my neighbors house and their floor looks immaculate. Not sure why CRT can’t make my floors look like that. This is a brand new house! Everything should look new, clean and evenly placed. I am so tired of making warranty requests for this as it just makes the flooring worse. At this point, they should just reinstall the floor in the entire house except for the bathrooms. Good luck to everyone who has them with their new home. I shared a few photos, but it looks much worse in person. You can actually see everywhere the floor was replaced.
This company did our floors in our new build we purchased through Lennar. The work has been sloppy, glue left all over the floor. This is the second time I’ve scheduled them to come out and clean up the glue. The first time it looked like the issue was fixed but the glue was still there, eventually showing back up. Today they were scheduled to come between 8 am and 12 pm to do another round of cleaning to try and get the glue up. They were a no-show, I tried calling and it went to voicemail, except I couldn’t leave a voicemail because their inbox was full.

STAY AWAY!! Sneaky as all get out! Sales guy promises one thing, installation crew does another. They're careless and messed up walls, shot a nail through a water pipe and had to rip up everything they did, leave trim with chunks missing and cracked. Order the wrong parts and try to convince you they're the same. Communication is HORRENDOUS! Every communication I've ever received has been because I put an appointment on my calendar to call them and inquire status and confirm dates and times. We've been fighting with them since December and it's now middle of April and our floors are still torn up and we're walking around on partial concrete and plastic! The girls who answer the phone and engage with the customer are very sweet and kind. Its a shame they get put in the middle of the management failures.
I had to get my mom's old carpet replaced many years ago because she was coughing a little for years and had lost a toe and was in rehab for healing.I didn't want mom to come home from hospital to that old carpet. she did not have a lot of money to spend on this either.
This stores people had no problem helping us, and they were a better price than some dumpy warehouse.
We found some very natural looking vinyl planks, and the amazing installers easily worked around her furniture and went beyond the call of duty to make my mommas house healthy to come home to.
If someone has a cough, I always think they might have mold spores growing under their carpet...I have sent people to this store for many years!
My mom's lungs and feet were healthy after that.
Late last year, I decided it was time to replace all the flooring in my house that was laminate with LVP. I did tons of research and went to many different stores to look at products as well as order samples. My research led me to CRT Flooring Concepts as they sell any and all things Shaw and CoreTec related which is some of the best in the industry. Ended up meeting Ewell Bowers (sales) at the store and we landed on a style of flooring we liked after about a week. Ewell was very responsive answering any and all questions as well as filling us in on key information about flooring in general that I didn't find in my research until he mentioned it. He is a great guy with integrity and we need more human beings like him on this planet.
After haggling over a few pesos and a good old-fashioned Texas handshake, we went on to the next phase which was scheduling the installation. A few weeks later, the installer Anthony came out to do the installation with his crew and everything came out beautiful in a few days. Anthony was punctual, professional, and treated my house with care like it was his own home. I couldn't be more happier with the end result!
Also, I did see all the reviews which almost scared me away but ultimately decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did. Bottom line, if you need flooring, CRT Flooring Concepts is the place to go! Ask for Ewell and request Anthony for your install.

Ordered Shaw carpet through Costco and was assigned this company to complete the install. The install itself took 6 tries to get right. They botched the install on the main floor, the stairs, and the upstairs area. They literally installed the landing of the stairs sideways... They had to replace sectors of carpet due to their poor installation quality. We had to elevate to Costco multiple times to get a response and action. They "sent their best crews" and there "was nothing they could do".
Followed the procedures for our patterned carpet (18 month professional cleaning) and it was defective. Warranty application applied through CRT; when they inspected it, the inspector said "This is the worst install job I have ever seen". The install his company did; the one that had the "best crew".
Now, we cannot get a hold of anyone to fix the warranty items. Calls, texts, and emails go unanswered. We are having to elevate to Costco to get them to fix the carpet, again. And what are they offering for all the wasted time that their poor installation caused? Nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you do, pray you don't get Angel or Justin.

It was an opportunity for us to watch our old, mismatched, cracked tile and dark lamenent floor, transform into our beautiful, uniform throughout the house, bright lamenent floor.
CRT took care of everything! The end result was everything that we hoped for! Professional, reliable and dependable with great customer service and support!
Can't go wrong with CRT and I fully recommend them to anyone who is looking for a flooring company!
We bought Cortec flooring through Costco to be installed by your company. The install was completed 6/2022. We noticed that the floor was making popping sounds and at times it felt like you would also get this hollow sound. We contacted your representative (Angel). After month of leaving messages we were finally had Angel show up at our home. We got the "I don't know what it is " since everything looked so great.. She promised to send Anthony to figure out what could be wrong.. Well, again we had to leave messages for month until finally Anthony showed up. He said it all looked alright, the floor seems level so it has to be the product is defective..Again we were promised that Angel would give us a call. After leaving several message we were informed she would order new Cortec LVT and replace them in the areas that were most noticeable. A couple of month go by and we were informed Anthony would be at out home on (/29/23 between noon and 3 pm. Well, it is now 5 pm and no Anthony, no calls from Angel either.

Our new build with DR Horton came with chipped and cracked tiles. 3 months of trying to get them properly fixed. Every single time we schedule, they are a NO SHOW! Complaints go nowhere and are completely ignored. A staff person admitted to me over the phone that if you schedule a Saturday appointment it's up to the scheduled tech if he wants to show or not. ZERO consequence if he doesn't show, and no courtesy call to cancel so you are left on the hook. We have been ghosted 4 times now. If this review doesn't get their attention I hope it gets yours!
