I went to Crossroads Therapeutic Services because I wasn't sleeping, my brain felt foggy and I felt depressed. By the second session I was feeling more like myself, and after the final session I was sleeping well, experiencing joy doing things I had lost interest in and generally had a brighter outlook on life.
