I have never had a more affable and wonderful exam of my home. I was so concerned with Rats and Myra came and she has given me such confidence. She has gone over my home with a fine tooth come and I have never been so impressed with the service I would suggest anyone using critter control. Thank you so much.
The first visit went fine but the 2nd one never happened, no call no show had to call the office to find out when the technician was coming & technician said I wasn’t on the schedule for that day & his truck broke down & was unable to make any way. If I didn’t call I never would have known they weren’t coming. Canceled the service completely hired another company.

We had a very difficult attic restoration project that involved extensive work and coordination with HVAC work that also needed to be done. Squirrels and Rats had caused significant damage to our HVAC system. The HVAC contractor advised us that the attic was in really bad shape and needed to be remedied before we consider replacing our AC. Critter control first took the steps needed to assure "critters" were no longer in that space and prevent any future re-entry. After that was complete, all of the existing insulation in the attic was removed. After removal of the insulation, the HVAC company completed the work of replacing all duct work and installing a new AC unit. After the HVAC work was completed, Critter Control returned to complete disinfection of the space and installation of new R30 insulation. I was worried that my Critter elimination and attic restoration project would require dealing with multiple contractors and be a major time consuming challenge and painful process to get accomplished. Critter Control made it a one stop shop, turn-key project. Pricing was very fair. They were also flexible and fair in adjusting scope and timing as the project demanded. I am sorry if you are faced with restoring an attic, like my family was, but I am excited to recommend Critter Control as a 1 stop solution that does very difficult work with high quality results.

For such an unpleasant problem, this was a terrific customer experience. Myra was just awesome! Austin was SO helpful. Creon was a delight. The communication and promptness was superb. If I could I would rate them no stars for customer service I would. We have been clients for several years. The technicians, who constantly change, generally do a good job but only call the day of service. After our last service call we received an invoice which was 45% higher than normal. Called immediately and requested an explanation. Was advised we would receive a call from a supervisor as no explanation could be given. Never received a call back. Followed up with several additional calls without any response. We have since cancelled our service via registered mailed. Beware.

I hired CC to remove a squirrel in my attic. Critter Control was easy to work with and highly professional. Be aware there are other companies with similar names. They ask for 1/2 of the cost to secure the service and 1/2 after service is complete. I received immediate follow-up call after leaving a message with an explanation of what would be included in the free consultation. We scheduled and the tech was on time. She proceeded to review the house and was very knowledgeable on signs of where the rodents were entering the house (like dirt on the roof corner). She walked me through what they could do for me: seal/mesh all entry and potential entry points, then leave a 1-way 'door' over the main rodent hole for a week, then seal that hole. Service includes 1 year guarantee. Wait time for start was less than a week and I did not need to be home for any of the process which was convenient. They were priced much lower than 2 other competitors I received quotes from. Keep in mind the competitors also fog the attic to remove rodent scenting and add on regular maintenance. With CC's guarantee, I did not feel I needed the extra. Happy with the work that was done. The first Pic is the Before.

Very expensive and I would never pay for their service again. Myra who quoted me a price was not very smart. She told me i had squirrels and rats in my attic only to find out she didn't know both these critters DO NOT live together. Needs more education. Austin always had an attitude about him. Seemed mad all the time and was not customer friendly. Matt was great but clumsy. Drop the one way door down from roof onto my birdbath and destroyed the entire thing. Never bothered to clean up the mess the rat made when it ate thru the ceiling by my A/C pipes in the garage and never attempted to cover the hole. Sure the critters are gone but at what cost? $1500 for installing and removing a one-way door and removing 1 dead rat. Be wise and save your money. Not worth the attitude of the employees and the very little work they did.

We also want to emphasize that our employees are dedicated trained professionals who work hard to provide excellent service for our customers. We did make multiple trips to your property and the first inspection at your home we found evidence of both squirrels and rats inside the attic. While servicing the job we identified rats also entering your garage, attracted by bird seed and their pathway was through the garage ceiling, gaps in the drywall around utility lines running into the ceiling. Unfortunately, we do not offer drywall services to fix that area. We did fully exclude the rats from your attic. Our employee did damage your bird bath and we apologize for this. He knocked on the door to inform you he accidently damaged it and offered to replace it. This replacement offer still stands. We would appreciate the opportunity to further address your concerns and replace the bird bath.
After two bad hurricane seasons it became clear that rats and a few other unwanted visitors were in my attic. I called one company who never called me back. My next call was to Critter Control who quickly got my initial appointment set. Then a plan was made and executed over a few weeks to be Rat Free!!
Overall speed and efficiency was great and even have the ongoing quarterly maintenance schedule set to keep both rats & snakes away. Who would have imagined in Tampa :)
