The experience I had at this location and the customer service was amazing. Since going to credit yes the car that I pay every month never missed a payment was repo by an unknown company that is in another state stating that they own the car and drove off with it. Now credit yes that I went to, to get this car IS NO Longer at that location or in business for me to find out what shadie shit did they do. Now I’m with out a car.

Came in just looking for options and maybe second opinions. Was greeted very nicely upon appointment check in. I cannot remember the nice gentleman who helped us during our visit but we decided to leave after not getting any options we could agree upon. One of the managers I presume he has a bald head.. came out and chased us down to our car. Was trying to sell us a car that would make our debt even more expensive than it already was. As my husband refused, he told us we’d never be able to afford any car due to my husbands credit score. He had mentioned my husbands score was so bad and low and completely lied about what his score was. We checked his score at the bank and it was well beyond what he said. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism this manager held.

We have been needing a 2nd car but didn’t know how to ever get approved for one since I screwed up my credit while being unemployed, but after only being on the job for 3 months and with bad credit, I literally walked in just to “check it out” and find out if CreditYES worked with customers as they advertised and to my surprise, I walked out with a vehicle that very same day with $0 Down. Amazing work if you ask me.! One thing I’d like to point out, but will still give 5 stars even with this one setback is… Make sure to ask them to be transparent with lenders loan terms like APR and whether or not you need full coverage insurance on the vehicle as I’m still looking to ask those questions with the lienholder on my vehicle because the paperwork’s I have does not show any of that info and I have to work directly with the lender to get those information. Thanks guys.! The guy that helped me is David. He was simple to work with and non-judgmental and will look at your credit report with you and negotiate for you. He’s the dude to look for since he was the one who helped me out.! Thankful and grateful and pleasure doing business with you David.

Wasted my time after conversation on the phone they told they would work with me and after I explain my situation they told me come in we would definitely get you a car. I work graveyard and told them im far way and im trying to not waste time and gas they said they would scheduled me an appointment and they didn’t help what a waste of time . The didn’t even have a good selection either this is a lie they don’t help/approve everyone
