I have enrolled 4 months ago with single debt. At start they will assure you of their best services & ask you to pay 2 emis as their service charge for carrying out the procedures.
Seriously! Which legal procedures costs such hefty amount ?????
We under debt without thinking further transfer them the funds jst thinking that it will blow off the debt burden but reality is single debt are here to fool the people & take as much money as possible from under debts.
For first 2 months they will forward the money to creditors after that they wont even bother to reply you & justify the amount paid to them.
To tell you the truth this is not my real account
I have opened this account as previously i posted a review fom my account and i started getting threat calls from legal team asking me to take my review back otherwise they wil carry out legal action against me.
Do not waste your hard earned money & time on this fake agency claiming to help you they will just enjoy the service charges(first 2 emis which they dont pay to creditors) after that they ask you regularly pay the emis(which they do not forward to creditors) they just wait for creditors to take strict legal action against you to put you under serious trouble so that they get more benefited by legal procedures.
Bank & NBFCs dont even entertain such clowns. I mean why will they entertain them? Single debt is not RBI approved and has NO AUTHORITY to interfere betwn the borrower & the creditor.
Jst notice them they wil always force you to give positive reviews on google/facebook/insta.
If you ask them any question. First thing from them will be "sir please review us".
If clients are genuinely happy you need not tell them for positive reviews.
Daily thousands of people fall prey to such scammers.
I wish someone wud have guided me 3 months ago so i wudnt have falled prey to such GOONS.
Its a humble request do not fall for their sweet talks & try to request creditors they will deifinetly understand you & help you with increased tenure or reduced emis
