My experience with Credit 9 was initially ok. When I tried to discuss how I got to this loan I was discussing my feelings with their partner company which is ******** and it being public knowledge that they work together I asked for advice on what to do with my situation knowing full well they could help me. I only asked for a number I could call to talk to someone not associated with my file. They gave me the same number everyone gets. It was disheartening. I was not sure what to do do I reached out to credit 9 by email with a **** honest conversation about my situation. I did nothing after that I didn't pay my loan and it has now been charged off talk about confused. Be careful and don't be rushed.

CALLS AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY. EMAIL AND TEXTS THAT I AM EILIGABLE FOR A DEBT CONNSOLIDATION LOAN BUT WHEN I CALL BACK IT IS ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT MY LIFE THAT A DEBT RELIEF PROGRAM WOULD OFFER. THEY LIE AND LIE TO GET YOU TO CALL TO TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO DO SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. STOP LYING THAT YOU GIVE DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOANS AND THAT PEOPLE ARE ELIGIBLE.

I never asked for Credit 9 to call, after many calls I asked them to stop calling and remove me from their call list. Credit 9 said they cannot remove my name or number without a reason! I stated I gave you a reason I do not want you to call , I do not need your service. Credit 9 then said you have debt right? Actually I do not have credit card debt, I do use my credit cards. Credit 9 questioned that statement, then Credit 9 said do I not have income for a loan? I then asked for a manager Credit 9 stated they could not do that!!!, and hung up on me. I called the number right back some other sales rep from Credit 9 took my call and said they could remove my contact info from this promotion! I stated NO remove from all contact. For those of you out there who need debt help please watch out for this company!!! My experience makes me wonder how they have such a high review score? If you read down in other reviews others had the same or very similar comments, and credit 9 writes back something about sorry for the confession. I give Credit 9 negative 10 stars!!! but I am forced to give nothing less then 1 star to post this! PLEASE watch out for Credit 9!!

I was just notified that I am eligible for a credit 9 loan. I have been working with AMERICOR debt relief. From what I am seeing on here I don't think I want to have any part of this loan. I am already paying AMERICOR debt relief more than I can afford. With all the fees I don't know how I will ever get my debts resolved.i don't think

I requested a early payment be drafted using their online system. The date of June 11 was entered to be drafted but funds were taken from my account on May 29, 2024. Checked online and could see that the $200 extra payment had been posted. Called to get the money reimbursed to me. They initially said that they didn't have my payment. After much discussion they acknowledged the payment was there and agreed to reimburse back to my account within 2-3 days. June 4, I called because the funds had not been put back into my bank account. Representative started saying that we didn't have my $200 and eventually, said she see that it was sent over for approval to a supervisor to be refunded. Then she mentioned it would be up to ************************************ and/or approve the reimbursement. Online, as I view my account there is no record of the payment existing or being refunded to me. It's like it never existed after my request was to draft it out on June 11 and they took the payment more than 2 weeks earlier. This is poor business practice and on the fact that their system is not accurate for the customer and/or the representative. They often don't see the same information I am viewing when I log into my account, especially when you pay extra on the balance.

Want to give a big shoutout to *********************** at Credit9 for being nothing short of professional and intelligent when it came to my loan scenario. Although we were not able to continue doing business together, ***** still took time out of his day to explain to me the differences in what determines an Approve vs. Ineligible and what my reasoning(s) for one or the other were. If there was anyone at Credit9 I would want to work with, it would be *****. Way to go man, setting the bar high for your peers!

Business calls multiple times a day to the point that it's borderline harassment. I've never done business with them nore have I seeked out a loan with them.

Terrible company , How is it on the app I see an amount but when I want to pay off what is owed in full what is viewed on my app and apparently the representative has a different number that I have to pay because she said it was interest. Meanwhile I was paying my stuff off with no problem I did not need there service it extended my time period and added more interest when I was initially told oh like ***** cents. I am now told it's *****. I do not see any of this information on the app and I can't even make additional payments that should cancel all the interest that's future dated. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The way your doing business is shady

If there was a zero I would use it this person: ******************* Who is also part of this company got rude and inconsiderate when I specifically stated I was only interested in a loan not credit counseling. They want me to stop paying my accounts so they can negotiate no way! Been there done that worse thing I ever did! Cant ever recover from that again!

I did not receive the services I was expecting. I was told I owe more money on my credit cards than which I gave to them. If my balance was $500 and I was never late why would I owe $800? I was not told that the accounts had to be late in order for me to get a negotiation.. I am paying the same amount that I could have paid the card off myself there was no negotiation, other than one or $200 maybe.

My experience with Credit9 has been dicey and I would urge caution. Among other errors, Credit9 made an internal billing system change in Spring of 2023. My direct debit payments stopped. Credit9 sent no notifications about why the payments stopped and I immediately reached out. I was told not to worry, the billing system was being updated and I was in no way delinquent. I had to reach out at least 3 more times to ask why the payments were not being deducted. After 4 payments were not deducted, I was told that the billing system was now good and I agreed to have a lump sum payment deducted. That didn't happen. After 2 more payments were not deducted, I called AGAIN and asked them to check my bank account numbers (my suggestion, not Credit9's). We discovered that the last digit of my bank account was not entered correctly in the new system. I agreed AGAIN to a lump sum deduction, was assured that I was not delinquent, the lump sum was deducted and I thought the situation was resolved. Then, in Aug. 2023, I received notice of an NSF for my first ever payment more than a year earlier (which did not happen). I submitted extensive documentation of my past conversations, submitted bank statements showing my bank balance at the time of the alleged NSF and showing that there was no NSF. After numerous conversations with a very rude representative who clearly didn't understand the issues, I finally spoke to a manager who assured me that the matter would be handled and that no negative reports would be sent to the credit agencies.However, when I checked my credit report recently, I discovered that Credit9 indeed DID submit missed pmts to the credit bureaus when I have not missed a single payment. This has been very frustrating especially when the interest rate for the loan is so high.I am making every effort to pay off this loan as soon as possible as I have no trust that Credit9 can competently administer it. if you have a loan, check your credit rpts.

Never use this company! They say they will pay off all your debt but then they dont. We have had two credit card companies now come after us one for a judgment against us and the other saying they havent been paid at all and wasnt told they havent been. Now we owe credit 9 and these credit companies. They are hard to reach and then tell us there is nothing they can do. Also dont use Americore they are the company you first go through to get to credit 9. They have completely screwed us and the payments are super high compared to what you pay Americore.
