Candidates Beware!
I applied for a driver position. I had a phone interview. We agreed on salary of 30% of gross income. After that they checked my driving record, background and whatever they needed to check. After that they told me that they were ready to hire me and send documents to sign. When I read the contract, it said 25%. I contacted them and asked to change it but they refused to change it. The end result was wasting a week and reading their 26 pdf documents for nothing.

A+ service and communication. Driver picked up my car in South Carolina and delivered to Virginia in one day. Pick up and delivery on time, excellent communication, fair price, very professional. Will definitely use again if I need to ship a vehicle.

While my vehicle did get to me without damage, I would never use this company again. They were incredibly late and failed to communicate. When I reached out to dispatcher, they assured me it would be at my house in 30 mins, and then went on to provide me the location of the driver, that was over an HOUR away, but he would tell the driver to drop at my location first as soon as he got in to the city. Not only did that not happen, the driver was waiting around for payment at another location less than two miles from my house for over 30mins when I finally took an uber to retrieve my car. The driver stated “I was tired and started driving late, YOU could have called me.” I paid for a service, and part of that service is communicating when there is a delay in the service I paid for. They were almost 5 hours late, and instead of to ownership of the lack of communication that found excuses. Additionally, the dispatcher and the driver both started changing the time frames of delivery, when I questioned them about their like of communication. If you do business with them, pay in cash, then maybe they’ll have some urgency in communicating when things run slower than expected.
Just try to avoid this shop cheap mechanics, low service quality, and big bills. I can provide a copy of the bill i paid. Just let me know if you need it.

Made a desosit. Took 5 days and they could not get me transportation. Son lost a whole weekend waiting for a call about puck up.

Very competitive on pricing, and picked up and delivered as promised. Moved mt car from Phoenix to St Louis. I had dealt with a few other companies in the previous month, and CRC did a great job

Lied and lack of communication. Website promises 3 to 5 days swift shipping, promises not to use brokers and all of it is a lie. Have had issues since the day they picked up my car. From using a broker to a small ran business truck company where the dispatcher and the owner who is also supposed driver don't communicate and dropped my car off at midnight. My car sat in Illinois for 3 days until I told them I had a tracker in the car then finally started driving it down to my location in New Mexico. Do not trust any transportation companies they all use brokers and they all lie.

The service was excellent They picked my jeep up at my house in Florida and delivered it to Utah door to door on time and I was able to communicate with the driver. I'll definitely use them again at the end of this project

One of your drivers was "road raging me today. I started out behind him. We were doing a good speed. Then all the sudden he started slowing down driving all over the road. Then when we came to a passing lane he sped up and attempted to keep me from passing. Then when I passed him he started talking rude on the radio. I ignored his comments. Think you might rethink his employment.

Great service. I was on a military installation and they worked with me around some issues. Payment is cash so be aware ahead of time.
