I recently contracted Crawford Mechanical Services to re-do plumbing in our first floor bathroom remodel. They arrived on-time, completed all contracted work, and the quote was very reasonable. Our contractor finished some of the remodeling work early and Crawford was able to return 2 days earlier than scheduled to connect all of our new bathroom fixtures. I was very happy with their service and will definitely work with them again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic! We needed a water line installed in our new office building to connect our washing machine and utility sink. The technicians wore masks, were efficient, answered our questions, provided great service, and cleaned the area up even nicer than they found it. I highly recommend this company.
Crawford has to be hands down the best company I have ever hired!! They are here when they say they will be, they get the job done right the first time. They never try to "pad" their work, if they say it needs fixed or replaced you can 100% believe that is what is needed to be done. They always clean up when they are finished.
I've been using Crawford Mechanical for years for our annual backflow test. They always show up when they say, and are in and out with no muss or fuss.
The most recent test, the technician noticed that our backflow is working overtime and recommended that we install a pressure reducing valve. The tech said that our water pressure is higher that it used to be due to city infrastructure improvements.
Normally, I'm skeptical about this sort of thing, but I'd been seeing the problems that the tech said can result from too much pressure.
The technician did have to move the installation back one day due to a part not being in stock. The actual installation was done quickly and professionally.
