I received notification of your review, but was unable to find you in our customer database as I tried to identify the issue that would cause your disappointment in our company. Before Cragen and after Cragen!! This was 6 years ago and after only 1 year of using Cragen. Very competitive pricing and excellent customer care. Too bad we sold this house. I'd use them if we weren't living in a townhome community where the HOA dictates the lawn care company.

Second year of using them and results have been fantastic. My weeds are gone and the overall lawn health is the best it’s been. Fairly priced and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this local owned business!

Crashed into my girlfriend's car at the intersection of Main and Meridian and they still haven't made an effort to resolve the issue. Their driver was in the left turn lane and last second decided to go straight.

We are sorry for what happened. Our technician apologized the moment it happened and since it was late in the day, we couldn’t get insurance involved until the next business day. We have been in constant communication with you and/or your girlfriend along the way and the matter is being resolved. The timing of that is out of our hands. When something has been brought to our attention, it has been dealt with immediately. I assure you that we are not dragging are feet. Since the day of the accident we have dealt with the sense of urgency this matter requires as we do not want there to be any delay in resolution. You have had an open line of communication with us from the beginning and are welcome to continue to check in with us if you feel you are lacking information. It’s our desire to have a resolution for your girlfriend quickly just as it is for you.

We've been using Cragen for 4 years (since we asked a neighbor how they never had a weed).
We'd tried all the big companies but always had dandelions. It wasn't bad and to their credit, they'd spray a second time when we'd call.
With Cragen, we have never had to call because of weeds sprouting after a spray. They give us a courtesy call which is awesome since we have pets.

Great service and fair pricing. Discounts for paying up front for the entire season. Jeff McLainsky is our spray technician and he is the best I ever saw! My good intentions never got it done on time that's when I decided to have it done professionally.

This is our first year using Cragen Lawn Care, and we have seen a huge improvement in a very short time. I believe it's because they actually come out and do the work they charge you for. We just got our yard aerated, and I can say that I have been overpaying for the service for years. This was the most thorough aeration I have ever seen. Our previous company didn't have much "Pride in our Lawn" as they did with our previous house, we believe most of our applications were not even done. One of our neighbors caught them with their ring doorbell, pulling up, walk up to the door, drop a bill and pull off. If you're considering a lawn care service, I would recommend you give them a call. They may not be the least expensive, but they actually do the work you're paying for.
To whomever was driving the red truck that was advertising Cragen Lawn Care on the side, I do not appreciate being tailgated on the highway. You were weaving in and out of traffic and tailgated myself as well as others. You were also going at least 15mph over the speed limit. If you want to advertise on your vehicle I would suggest driving more appropriately and less wrecklessly.
