I recently underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty with Dr. Nitin Ghag at Craftsman Clinics, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Dr Nitin Ghag is an excellent surgeon. I had gender affirmative surgery at his clinic and he and his team made my experience very comfortable and good. He is gentle, and takes the time to explain the process and answer queries at length. The surgery went very well and the care after was also very good. The nursing care was excellent and non invasive. I truly appreciate that the staff is well trained on not just gender but also other concerns a patient might have. And yes, the results of my surgery are very positive. Thank you!

I work as a lift mechanic and recently got my fingers crushed in the cable while a lift maintenance. I was referred to 3 surgeons who advised to cut the fingers but I was keen on saving them if possible. Dr. Nitin was my last doctor as I made up my mind to undergo operation as first 3 doctors told me that there's no way to save fingers. Dr. Nitin gave me option to do vascular surgery and give a try but the outcome might not be perfect. I readily agreed and by god's grace 3 of my 4 fingers were saved. It's a miracle and Dr. Nitins advice that that majority of my fingers were saved. Now he's guiding me for cosmetic replacement of index finger with surgery and prosthesis.

Incompetent doctor, half the comments are paid comments on the website for PR. Nitin was in charge for my mothers tongue reconstruction surgery and was completely incompetent in the way the surgery was performed. His surgery was unsuccessful in grafting my mothers tongue for which till date she has not been able to recover completely from the failed graft surgery. I would advise to refrain from choosing Nitin has a doctor in charge for one's medical needs.
Response to your clarification:
1) Thanks for accepting to your failure with all possible caveats and taking shelter behind medical jargons and procedures
2) Where you claim to have made "every effort" the patients experience states otherwise. Everyone knows that the operation is not undertaken without written consent, its just a measure to safeguard yourself from possible litigation from medical negligence.
3) Are you implying that Dr. Nitin is ineffective at other locations and will only provide effective services at Craftsman Hospital?
Because I have no where mentioned any hospital /clinic. My grievance is with the Doctor not with the institution.
While I deeply regret using Nitin's services, I want the record to state about "Dr. Nitin's failure". To make best efforts to save someone else from such mishap.

He is very empathetic, a good listener, and patiently addresses all the queries of the patients.
