I'm a health care provider and have worked in critical care for years so I wanted a quick and easy renewal for my bls/acls. Typically my employer provides this but I was in the midst of switching jobs so I had to renew it on my own. I did the self service renewal where you do all of the coursework at home but then just do the adult and child cpr skills on a dummy in person. You're in a private room and are guided by a virtual instructor through your cellphone. It was so fast, quick, and easy. I got my certificates the same day. I would 100% recommend especially if you're a health care provider and don't need classes that are several hours long. If you're new to bls/acls, I would suggest taking an actual class so you learn the basics. But if you're confident in your skills and have done bls/acls numerous times and just want to quickly renew then definitely do the self service one! Quick and easy.

Refused to answer phone calls. I had questions regarding special needs adult texted me very rudely it was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I work to hard for my money to give it to establishment who doesn't or will not provide suitable or reasonable service for their patrons.

I've been coming here for the past four years and never again will I be coming back. Let me tell you why I LOVED this place before I was spoken to so rudely. They were so convenient and so clear on their instructions. Their classes were to the point and had you out of there with great timing and you felt good about what you learned. Now let me SHOW you why I won't be coming back. The person I was speaking to through text messages was harassing me even when I asked them to stop and to leave me alone. Please read the screenshots of our conversation and make the judgment yourself if you'd still want to support a business who speaks to not even customers but other humans this way. So unprofessional.

This place is fantastic! When you sign up online they send you confirmation and then multiple messages reminding you your appointment is coming up, which is a huge help if you're forgetful. Everything I needed to prepare for the class was sent in an email. The hands-on training was easy to follow along with and the trainer is excellent. I will happily use this business to renew my CPR certification in the future.

I took this class this morning and loved it. Excellent instructor and I loved the setup of teaching where the class works as a group. So if you are shy you don't have to worry about being put on the spot. Many classes are available, great price, signing up was fast, and convenient. I highly recommend this class and company.

Great class ....Quick and easy .....I really like the fact that prior to the classroom session you complete the work online and then go in for a 30 min class and BOOM your certified.......I really appreciated and enjoyed the class!!!!!Angela M
