Instructor "Tee" had waaaaayyyyyy too much attitude when asked a simple question for the purpose of clarification. I do NOT recommend her as an instructor. Maybe the others are ok, but DEFINITELY not her!!!! Just a negative vibe. Maybe because a 20 yr RN,BSN asked the question??? Idk, but the classroom is no place for pride. 100% do NOT recommend her. And I forgot to mention how late she was to class. They indicate that if you are so many minutes late, you will NOT be refunded & will have to reschedule. Yet there's no discount available when you are there well before class time & instructor "Tee" is AWOL!!! It's ok for you to sit out in 90+ ° heat because "Tee" is late, but you will NOT receive a discount off ANY kind.

Seeing that you had a great class is what we definitely wished for! We know how hard it is sometimes to find the best "CPR classes near me" in Jacksonville, but with our multiple training class locations, we try to make it convenient. Thus, we may have even closer class locations near you in 2 years, just in time for your renewal.
