Very Unprofessional. I Showed up to my Scheduled class 20 min early. No one showed. Instructor was nowhere to be found. I waited a whole hour past my scheduled class time only to turn around and drive back home. Very unprofessional and not very organized. Will not be returning

Not the real CPR Pittsburgh, those guys are located in McKees Rocks and issued the exact card I needed for work. With in person training and hands on.

Terrible.
I needed an in-person healthcare provider CPR card as part of a pre-hire requirement. I booked a class and then the day of class I received a text and email saying class was cancelled. I was offered new dates but they were too far out; I had to scramble to find another place because I needed that card now, not a week from now. So I emailed main office and all they would offer me is new dates. What don't you get? I needed this for a job. And I literally had to have this or I can not start working for them. So I'm out $60+ . Way to treat nurses! I'll make sure none of my nurse friends use this company for recerts.

Seeing that you had a great class is what we definitely wished for, Jordan! We know how hard it is sometimes to find the best "CPR classes near me" in Pittsburgh, but with our multiple training class locations, we try to make it convenient. Thus, we may have even closer class locations near you in 2 years, just in time for your renewal.
