July 2nd 2024. Making a deposit and they asked where the money came from. Really? A bank that doesn’t value my privacy? Then when I said it’s non of anyone’s business the employee got an attitude with me. Everyone should think twice before banking here. I closed mine out and went down street who told me they don’t do that unless over 9k. And they were shocked. I wasn’t. This is third time. Only difference is this time I recorded it for a my lawyer. Just a bad bank all the way around.

You have a great staff working at Scarborough cport Your free tax help was how I started there not as a member. I am a member now because one of your employees was so good to me. Every time I went in to have taxes done. She was so pleasant so in my needs what I should do if I needed any help with anything to become a member, so I did after two years of free taxes being done. I’m a member in your Credit Union. You are very lucky to have all the great employees that you have in one group. I did have one bad experience, but it wasn’t there. It was with calling your call center, but when I went back and stopped in again at the Scarborough branch, they took awful good care of me and did everything I need correctly , so if you could please let them all all all know that I thank you for their great service to me yeelin the one who Got me to become a member fantastic lady and there’s a few other fantastic ladies and there are some real good gentlemen that work in your Scarborough branch make sure you take care of them. Super nice to work with! It’s not often you can walk in a business and be recognized and treated how customers used to be back in the day. Their app is easy to use and bill pay is a snap

Not willing to stay with this bank that gave me loans several times over the last three years and everything on my credit has improved, including my score. There is nothing delinquent and no medical bills and then they deny me for a small personal loan and tell me that they’ve changed the way they’re lending money to people now even though they have no reason to deny me when they’ve given me loans in the past with a lower credit score and things on my report but now that’s all cleared up and they still say no. They even listed a reason that was on my credit for all the other eight loans that they gave me over the last three years so to list something three years later as a reason for denial is ridiculous. This is a shady bank. This bank also asked questions when you make large deposits or withdraw money from your account. Invasion of privacy! When I make $1000 withdrawal, I don’t need to tell you why under federal law and just so your bank knows , federal override state it’s called a supremacy clause of the constitution. If you’re looking to be violated or treated like a piece of trash and then go to this bank, if you don’t wanna be treated that way go to another bank! Still to this day, they cannot give me a legit reason as to why. They just don’t want to lend me money and to this day. They also cannot give me a reason why other than they want to get to know their members by asking them what their money is going to be used for when they pull up measly $500 to two grand out of their account or where they got the money from when they’re making a large deposit like two grand. This is straight up invasion of your privacy! DO NOT USE THIS BANK! Pull out everything and close your account.

The Scarborough cPort branch goes far beyond normal banking! They have been absolutely incredible. They are extremely helpful, and have become our family bank. In particular, Aissa Edora went above and beyond to assist us with a recent loan application. We could not be more appreciative for the amazing and personalized service!

If you like banks where you can see like 25 people working but you still have to wait 20 minutes because they only have one teller window open, then this is the bank for you.

I went to cPort on Forest Ave yesterday to open an account. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Rebecca. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed how she guided me through the process. Thank you so much Rebecca for your good customer service!

I went to cport to apply for a loan for a car and I was lucky enough to be welcomed by Chris M, he really helped me with his patience he went over everything with me and guided me in each step, despite his multiple tasks he even stayed late to help me finalize my loan I had a good experience with Mr. Chris M, I recommend him if you want any service, Thank you Chris for your service
