Neglectful and Negligent!
In my year tenancy as a renter from CPM I have endured a month long AC outage during the heat of the summer that I've received no apology nor compensation for. I'm now on day 10 without heat, they haven't responded to two repair requests regarding that. I'm on a week with an electrical fault - no response. They've been ignoring, it would seem studiously, any other minor repair reauest I've made as well.
Avoid at all costs. As a landlord myself, I would never trust any property I owned to them - their maintenance is shoddy and done only at great pressure, they've never heard of keeping a place in good shape, and there was trash all over the property (including a discarded fridge in the garage) when I got my keys.
They Are Truly Amazing and very helpful and I have never had a problem since I've rented from them, all the employees are really nice and understanding. Definitely choose and go with them over other Property Management or real estates.

I recently moved and rented a property managed by CPM for the first time. I'm very pleasantly surprised. The company is head and shoulders above the last one that I used. What I noticed the most though, and that I like the best, are the employees. I have had the pleasure of working with Angela who makes the whole process a breeze. She was also very thoughtful, going above and beyond to help me.
Another person that deserves a shout out is Johanna. She was so kind and thoughtful, even brought me a few things knowing that I was new in town and could use a little help. It's been a while since I've had employees who were so service oriented that they gave me a warm friendly feeling.
I wish I could do more for you ladies than just a thank you because you are the kind of people that help keep this world a better place. I hope your boss knows it too!
