Rented with them. Found them to be arrogant and they treated you like you were wasting their time and shouldn’t be interacting with them. Every interaction was an inconvenience for them. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist with them but I guess they don’t care as you’ve already signed the lease at that point…

Better than Gold. The agent was able to market the property within 2 working days after the last tenant left, an amazing turnaround time. The processing time to secure the new tenant is also impressive. The agent secured the signed lease agreement within 2 days of our approval. Vivid Property assessed the situation very well.

Vivid has managed my property since Aug 22. I would not recommend them to manage the property. One example, at the final inspection from my last vacating tenant, they did not spot that there was a chook cage installed in my backyard until I pointed out to them to request the last tenant to rectify.

Cherie has a lack of communication, fails to respond to emails which is a surprise since she does minimal outside work. Failure to provide correct notices during tenancy and follow correct Real Estate procedures. Requested 2 years ago to move overpaid funds to rent, after numerous follow ups failed to do so. At end of tenancy, decided it was ok to use those held funds for invoices without my permission. Failed to contact tenant to be present at Final Inspection, as per request. Failure to negotiate between long term tenant and landlord, instead takes advantage of the rental market so the company can make more money.

Vivid staff were able to deal with my tenant's lease break and move out and arrange listing and viewings and securing a new tenant in a fast and efficient manner. The team was honestly fast and reliable when renting with them but after a year of leasing they charged us with vacating clean even though we have addressed the list that they sent when vacating the property and cross referencing it with the ones that were taken when we moved in. I mean most agents do this and is to be expected. We even had a professional cleaner with us cleaning the property too.
