Avoid at all costs! Bed bugs in the room upon arrival, they wanted me to pay for the costs associated with me moving out. RTA confirmed I had cause to move, but they still didn't want to pay me back until after I talked about going to QCAT. Seems like they take advantage of international students who don't always know their rights. Still haven't gotten all my money back after three weeks and they've stopped responding.

This is to inform you that we have not charged an extra cost from you when you decided to move out.

We have received your notice to leave ending on June 30th 2024, Therefore we have calculated your rent only until June 30th and we have refunded the excess rent amount to your account that you provided us along with your bond amount.

We have also taken immediate actions to solve the issue and moreover there was a professional pest control service carried out 1 week before you moved into the property.

We are always open to help our tenants as we consider all tenants of ours as Cozy Place family and it is the same way we have taken action regarding your concerns.

We highly appreciate your understanding about it.

Big, clean, and spacious rooms with spacious wardrobes, and a fully equipped kitchen with decent storage space. The location is good as well as your close to the town and bus station, The Staff are helpful and friendly. All in all the place is great value for money and the location is prime. Facilities are excellent for the price including the fast-speed free Wi-Fi ⁣

As you know what a headache it is to find accommodation in a totally unfamiliar country, luckily I was lucky enough to come across Cozy Place before I even set foot in Australia. They have been very professional from the first moment, quick to respond and very willing to help. So, I trusted them before I came and I was right, they have provided me with great accommodation, in which I have felt very comfortable. During the stay everything went very well, good communication at all times. I have to highlight the service of Jane Harris, the person with whom I have been communicating mostly, very professional and resolute, besides being an empathetic and respectful person. For all these reasons, I recommend that you trust Cozy Place!

For the students whose arrived and want a good place to stay and still do not have address history they are 10/10. I almost hadn't place to stay after a lease and they saved me. totally recommend.

I highly recommend staying at Cozy Place. I have been staying with Cozy for almost 2 years because Renan and Katy are good organizers and everything is solved quickly and effectively. All the rooms are located in a convenient area with reasonable prices. If you need to relocate to another room, it is also easy to do that.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Cozy Place❤👍🏻! I am very happy that I am renting a studio from them. I am impressed by their helpfulness, friendliness and low prices. The company offers really great rooms in the best location. What is more the Cozy Place Team is very helpful! When a problem arises, they immediately reply to the e-mail and solve it as soon as possible. I am delighted and I extend my contract with them every quarter 🙂

I had a great experience with Cozy Place. When I moved to Brisbane, I had rented the apartment in Brazil, just looking the pictures and when I arrived, the apartment was the same, without surprises. Very clean and comfortable. The Property Manager is easy going and a great communicator. Would recommend to anyone who is a student or is just moving to Brisbane.
