I had to jump through hoops to get an access code for the property booked. Their system is complicated for international travelers like us. Their direct bank transfer only works for UK residents. Credit card payments are hindered by 2-factor authentication. Worst of all, they are very, very slow in responding to emails. Everything happened at the last moment today. I told them several times that our flight arrives at 11pm. They are obviously not reading their emails, because they sent me codes that only work up to 9pm. This is hopeless, and I will never do business with them again. I dont know if we have a room tonight and we are already on the plane.

Have stayed in a couple of Cozy Pads properties in Preston and been really pleased I did. They were both clean, spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated and had powerful showers. Parking was easy and it was really easy to get into the centre of Preston or out onto motorways. There was a minor problem with our first stay but they were really quick to resolve it and the communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoys our stay, clean and comfortable and such easy wlaking distance through the lovely park (a jewel!!) to the city centre. Our hosts went out of their way to ensure we were happy.
