Cox Pools always does a great job for me! I called them yesterday and discussed getting a new pump. John said that it would be installed for me at the latest by Monday of next week. Then, my pump died completely last night! It turned out that John got a team of people to my house with the pump this morning! The very next day after I called!! Great timing and service. They did an awesome job with the install and I'm all set.
Started off with a phone call with Dave. Sent the first tech Terrance who was very professional and extremely friendly . Day 2, a guy named John came and put in the chemicals that needed to be added to clear the pool. Extremely professional, and friendly as well . Came back the 3rd day and completed the job. Every day with a smile and great attitude. Knowledgeable and friendly, with a good attitude. Triple play. Being in the service industry, I appreciate the type of service I received from every member of Cox pool service . Do not hesitate to use Cox pools for all of your pool needs.

Great bunch of guys. Replaced the entire plumbing system to my pool including digging up parts of the pool deck. Did the job on time and budget in some of the worst weather you could imagine. Have also used for a few other pool odds and ends and they have been nothing short of spectacular. Wouldn’t call anyone else for my pool needs!!
