Went to lunch with my mother here around 1pm on a Monday. Service was slow for how busy they were. The food was absolutely disgusting. I order a simple Philly cheesesteak and it came out completely cold and soggy. Informed waitress and she so generously removed $3 from the $21 dollar sandwich that was inedible. Will never recommend or return.
We went for a family dinner. We had 4 adults and a toddler. The toddler wanted mini corn dogs and mac and cheese and they wouldn't let us have the Mac as a side so we went ahead and ordered her 2 kids meals. No big deal. We all ordered steaks. The appetizers came out pretty quick. Our server on the other hand had to be asked for refills every time because he couldn't see the empty glasses. Steaks finally came out, 1 was undercooked so asked them to cook it more, still came out raw, sent it back again. At this point when it came back still undercooked and cold we asked for a manager. The manager took quite a while to get there, the person was in the restroom so the manager went to the bathroom and met the person outside the restroom and told her she could either refire it again or have them make a new one. By the time they brought out the new one, everyone else was done eating. So we got boxes and asked for the check. When we received the check we asked for the manager again because maybe we shouldn't have expected it but an apology or some kind of discount on just the one meal since it wasn't able to be eaten. The manager never came back instead sent a waitress to tell us no discounts would be given because they made a new steak. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
My first time eating here and I must admit I had the BEST steak ever - seasonings were perfect! Everyone at our table absolutely loved their food. The service was equally impressive. Our drinks were refilled before they were half empty and the waitress happily accommodated our minor requests in changes to the items we ordered. Will definitely return the next time we visit Dodge City!
My husband has gone 3 times, he's up there working, every time they want him to sit at the bar , my husband doesn't drink & he's came in for dinner. Waitress always slow & rude because he doesn't want to sit at the bar, never refills his tea, he's had to get his own & the food is overcooked. Would not recommend.
Even though it wasn't busy, we stood there quite a while before asking if we could sit at the bar. No one was sitting at the bar yet the bar clearly had not been wiped down in a while. Before leaving, I went to the bathroom there was no hand soap. I have to wonder how the server that was in before me washed her hands.
