quickly resolved. These guys exemplify professional, honest, and friendly service. They went above and beyond ensure that we were completely satisfied with the services they provide. I appreciate the fact that Scott kept my husband and me involved in every step of the process, and was transparent regarding any costs involved. These guys are not about the money grab. It's all about the customer. We are not "tekkies", but Scott and Shaey both took the time to explain, in terms we could easily understand, what they were doing, how they were doing it, and how we could operate the system and phone app ourselves. Covenant installed a door lock release and intercom camera system for us to securely communicate with people entering our facility. They were thorough and professional. The kindness that Covenant Security showed not only my business but my family is unprecedented. The owner took a significant chunk of his valuable time to speak with me and answer all sorts of silly questions that I asked him in regards to all manner of security topics.
He had no idea who I was and I made it clear that due to my location several hundred miles away that I was outside of his service range. Rather than brush me off, he answered every single one of my questions and gave me amazing advice and incredibly accurate, detailed information.
It is no embellishment to say that if it was not for the kindness shown to me by Covenant Security and it's owner, I would have been unable to feed my family during the pandemic.
