I've used Covenant a few times now, and Art and his team are fantastic! They've moved my washing machine to another part of my basement and redirected all the lines & drainage, fixed my floor drain, replaced my garbage disposal, fixed a drip in my tub, replaced my kitchen faucet fixtures, and, after I had a leak in the basement, Art replaced all of my plumbing with copper. If you're looking for a reliable, fairly priced plumber who cleans up after the work (bonus!), I would highly recommend Covenent!
We first used Art to install a new boiler after we were ripped off by another contractor, that left and never returned. This was a pretty difficult job, but Art did a great job and returned to make some adjustments.
He also helped identify and a broken drain pipe that was very difficult to access. Great service. We try to use him when we need a plumber. I recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel...Art is the best! He moved our plumbing for the future kitchen, then put the sink base back for temporary use at 8:00 pm on a Friday night so we would be able to use it for a month till new cabinetry comes....he moves so fast but his work is solid!!! We have worked with other plumbers before but NONE compare to Art! He is a great plumber and a great human!
Art came out when a franchise I'd called and paid looney money to didn't successfully unclog my drains and couldn't investigate further, they said, without charging an additional $590!!!! Art took 10 minutes to understand all the drains in the house (something the franchise didn't bother with) and, in the event, found the offending clog just two feet from the main access drain. While the Franchise recommended $10K of remedial work, Art advised me to get some lye and recommended a schedule of use. Additional cost of lye: $36.
Art did some work for us under the direction of a contractor who was finishing our basement. I tried to engage him for additional work. I spoke with him once and he asked me to send a text with my information, noting that he would try to work me into his schedule the next week. He never followed up. I made multiple attempts to contact him, leaving messages, but never received a response. I finally gave up. If I find there were extenuating circumstances I will revise this review.
I hired Art from Covenant Plumbing to do several different plumbing jobs at our home during a remodel. He was extremely prompt, polite, and very reasonably priced and overall just a great and true to his word kind of guy. He has a wonderful work ethic, and was a pleasure to be around and do business with. He is definitely my go to guy for all my plumbing needs and then some. He plumbed a new laundry room in for us, and he had fixed several other plumbing issues our home had from previous plumbers. All his work passed county inspections, and I had even received a compliment from the inspector on the cleanliness of work he had performed. Art also helped solve an issue we were facing due to an unqualified framer who stood a wall up over a floor joist, luckily he was able to solve the issue by coming up with a way of routing our dryer vent properly thus allowing our new laundry room to work for us. Thanks again Art!!!
Art came out this evening to address our sewer issue. We were running about 20 minutes behind schedule for our appointment, which at 5:30 pm, was most likely already outside of business hours. Thankfully, he patiently waited for us to arrive. We were super impressed with his knowledge, fair pricing and willingness to help. He won our business and we will definitely be moving forward with Covenant Plumbing & Heating. I plan to post another rave review once the work has been completed.
Of course the water heater decides to punt on a Friday night. I woke up this morning expecting excessive charges to do an emergency install. I got Covenant Plumbing's name off Angie's List. Art responded immediately and helped me decide which water heater to buy. He picked it up at Home Depot, delivered it, installed it and removed the old unit within a couple hours. I have hot water again! on a Saturday morning! Art's cost was reasonable, (better than expected), he was courteous and proficient. I would definitely recommend Covenant Plumbing for any plumbing need or emergency!
Art was one of the best workers I have ever hired. He was on time, he worked hard, and it was obvious that he knows about his business. He cleaned his workplace and he installed my gas range after he installed the gas line.

I have used Covenant Plumbing for 10 years now and will continue to use them moving forward. They have provided assistance to me on small jobs ranging from faucet and disposal replacement to large jobs such as clay drainline removal and replacement, and dishwasher and hot water heater installs. They are not intimidated by any job and are by far the most experienced plumbing shop in northern Colorado.
