I phoned this Garage on the off chance that they could help me. I wasn’t local and my engine light had appeared on my dashboard. I quickly googled garages near me and this place had great reviews, and they weren’t wrong. I phoned and the owner said I could come over for them to take a look. Being a woman, I’m always slightly hesitant around new garages that I’m not familiar with or haven’t built a relationship with but the owner was very kind and honest. Thank goodness I did, they identified the problem straight away and dealt with it. Luckily, it was quite straightforward but it could have led to much bigger problems down the line so I was incredibly grateful. Thank you so much, I highly, highly recommend!

Amazing customer service from everyone, had a coolant leak and they were able to fix it very quickly for me, very transparent with pricing and very fair pricing, I have definitely found my new go to garage!! Thank you guys you’re amazing!

Have used cousins garage for years, have taken mine and friends vans, cars there for everything from servicing, MOTs, and repairs.Very good people to deal with.

Never again
Went in for diagnostics as ad blue fault light on - cleared it with their diagnostic tool but the fault lights came back on within a few hours . I called over several days trying to get a quote to fix whatever the fault code had shown but never got a call back .
This was following a mot and service (they did not check the ad blue - I as expected) I’d had done a few months before costing me £600 . The week that after the skid plate fell off my car whilst driving and when I went in to have it refixed I was told not to bother - it was not needed .
I am now wondering if they have cost me a lot more than £600 … I have had the car 5+ years with no major issues and now I have used them I have to get rid of it . Awful

The worst garage i have been in years
They keep my car for 40 days thay talking too much and everybody talks different there
They promise me they will fix the car and after 40 days told me to take to main dealer and plus they crashed my car in garage and take it to body shop to paint
So avoid this garage personally never i will use this garage again 40 days keep my car in not fixed and crashed as well tell me what did i win on this just west of time with some really ammators .
Best garage in watford. Been using them for years and they've always fixed my car quickly. Cheapest prices around and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended
