Unfortunately a very bad experience. I used to go there with all the car I had. Service for me seems to be good all the time. my last experience with them was a disaster. I asked them specifically to do full service on my car. Because the MOT was due in three weeks I told him after the service do also the MOT so I don’t have to come back , what they did ? They did first MOT they failed my car and then they did t again and give me an MOT with recommendation. I paid £850 for a full service should have been done before the MOT. They just ruin my car history.
Just be very specific with what you want. Specially if you deal with the old gentleman from the reception. He doesn’t seem to get right what you tell him.
Maybe This is the way to get rid of non-English, especially women customers.

Surprisedly all of my cars were quoted with the same faults for over 1k to repair. Exchanged parts were very low quality and had to be replaced after 2/3 months after just been repaired if I could I would give 0 stars. Not recommended!!!
I went for the first time a day before for MOT, and the owner gave me the next day MOT which was fair enough as other garages were giving me appointments in a few weeks time. On the day of MOT, I had exigency, I called him and he happily postponed the timings as per my feasibility. Professional and skilled workmen, all good.
Not sure what to say. If you get a service be sure to get a clear breakdown of the parts and services involved rather than just one lump sum figure on the invoice.
Before agreeing on a add on service over the phone ask yourself, does tr price sound right and is it absolutely necessary to have it done today?!
If not kindly refuse and just pay for what you asked for.
Brought my vehicle in for a rear crank seal replacement. Not a nice job to do but all the work was completed on the same day. Very reasonable price for the work done. Overall an excellent service from George and his skilled team. Would highly recommend them.
