Company did not execute my move with professionalism or create a smooth transition for me as advertised. They were an hour late at arrival time. We were doing a 7 hour relocation. About 45 minutes out from the destination, I texted the guys to make sure they were okay. They replied back yes and they would see me in the morning.. which surprised me. It was NEVER communicated to me that this was a 2 day move and I would not have my bed/furniture to sleep on that night, which would have prompted me to make arrangements for sleeping that night. Even my quote and contract had 1 day listed on it and nothing else. I was left to make expensive last minute arrangements for a place to sleep. When I called the next morning to discuss this, Patrick was patient and allowed me to speak but did not take any responsibility on their part to properly communicate that this was a 2 day move. Instead he tried to put it back on me, the customer, that it was unreasonable for me to expect the guys to unload after a long "cross country move" and also incorrectly quoted DOT laws to back this up. Keep in mind, we would have also made it there an hour sooner if they weren't late... 7 hours isn't exactly 'cross country' either. He said that he couldn't do anything and that the only one with authority is Majure and he would take a message for him and make sure he got back with me. No apologies were ever offered. I asked for Majure's contact as well. I then reached out to Majure and he didn't answer. I also then texted him 7:39am to please give me a call back and the nature of my issue. He read the text at 7:55 and never called or texted me back. Being entirely ignored really solidified my understanding that this move was not going to be conducted with integrity and that since they already had my $4,600.00 they no longer were invested in speaking with me or making this right. I ended up eating the additional cost of a hotel stay that night as well as experienced unnecessary additional stress to an already stressful move. Poor way to treat a customer and I really recommend you take your money and faith elsewhere when choosing a moving company. The only positive part of this company is that the moving team (Riley and Nick) were polite and hardworking.

The D.O.T. regulations the team member referenced are legal hours of service for interstate transportation. Our drivers are trained to stay within these legal limits. They get 11hrs total. With almost 3hrs loading and 7+hrs driving, that would have put them over the limit to unload and then drive back to a hotel that night. They made the correct calculations. When your move was scheduled you were made aware that the driver will have the option to unload if they felt like it was safe enough. (After loading the truck & driving 7+hrs) We know that accidents happen in moving when people are tired and trying to move in the dark, and safety has to be 1st. We do apologize for the mis-communication on our part and will rectify any possible confusion in the future in writing that for a long distance relocation like yours, where the estimate and invoice shows 20.5 hours of service, that we do not guarantee to complete the move in 1 day.

Country Club Moving has moved me several times personally, and also has moved my business Children's Ballet Theater. They worked tirelessly to get things moved out and up a flight of stairs quickly and carefully. I am very impressed with how friendly they are and how trustworthy. Highly recommend!
We recently completed a four day interstate move (day 1 packing, day 2 packing and loading, day 3 loading and traveling, day 4 unloading) with Country Club moving. Our team leader, Patrick, orchestrated everything with upbeat good humor, professional attention to detail, good communication and flexibility each day with changing circumstances. His team was awesome, kind, and very strong! They were extraordinarily careful with protecting our belongings as well as the walls, floors and bannisters in both houses. Their experience really shows in the way that they do the job. There were no hidden costs or changes to Majure’s original estimate and he was available for questions throughout the process. Moving is hard! But I am grateful to these guys and would use them again without question.
After unpacking found Several Items missing that I witnessed employee packed I've made several calls concerning this issue and was given No solution to this problem only told they would check cameras and call me back.No wonder employee quoted he runs into a lot of nice stuff I'm sure like mine.I paid over $1000.00 plus over $90.00 deposit for my 1bedroom move.I even tipped the pair $40.00 only to have items missing No taken.I suggest Pack your on boxes and keep watch over them because you will be missing items and nothing is done about it.

We always strive for customer satisfaction and find it highly unlikely that a mover would have taken a box of towels and dishes that you have accused him of stealing. We asked that you file a police report which you declined to do and your BBB complaint was also denied as you have made this claim "on a feeling". We reviewed the camera footage from that day and can see the employee in question return to our office in the moving truck and go to his car and leave for home, with no box in hand. So for him to have stolen this box of towels and dishes, he would have to of gone to great lengths for such to avoid detection.
Under these circumstances you were informed that we were unwilling to make a baseless accusation of theft towards him.

I will never forget our moving this past January 15th, 2024. When Patrick and Nick arrived at our door we were pleasantly surprised because a snowstorm had just begun and there were already 3" of snow on the ground and it was coming down miserably, up to a horrible amount of at least 6". Patrick and Nick worked for 7 1/2 hours without complaining and I know that at the end of the day, they were exhausted because our household was huge for 2 people (one worker did not show up due to the inclement weather). We needed to move on the 15th and these 2 guys made my day. They were so professional and hard working that I will never forget what they did for us. The worse was bringing all our household to a 2nd floor in our final destination. I have never given 5 stars to any service provider but this time their work was extraordinary and most importantly they showed responsibility and kept their word in spite of horrible weather. My hat off to this great company which I will use again and I will recommend to everybody I know.
I give them 2 stars because the younger gentleman who helped move was lovely and the owner was helpful. Competitive pricing. 3 stars are taken away because of the other guy who was involved in my move. He complained about having to move my bed, even though that was clearly communicated that it was upstairs. I had also done my part to strip it and take the mattress topper out of my mattress cover for easier moving. It was a mattress and an adjustable platform, nothing fancy. I was moving into a new neighborhood so I gave specific info about how to get to the new address when I made the booking, and I gave the older gentleman the Google pin to my new address via text before we left the first house. I beat them there by over an hour. I couldn't get ahold of the driver and their tracking said they were 2 towns down. I was genuinely panicked that my stuff was stolen. After calling the owner, the driver called me back, but he kept cutting me off when I was talking. He kept telling me the pin took him to a different address in my town, but that's nowhere near where tracking showed them. When they finally arrived, he tried to show me where "my" pin took him but when he backed out of it I immediately pointed out that it was a text from a different number, not mine. He opened my text and it showed the correct location. The owner had said on the phone earlier that they would not charge me for the lost time, but the driver tried to haggle with me and only offered to take 30 minutes off. I told him I could prove it was over an hour, but just got him to agree to 45 minutes so I could be done with it. This move was a couple of months ago but I saw their truck on my street today and it seems like they are doing more business with new neighbors so I felt it was important to share my experience. I do remember the drivers name but I would prefer not to share it, the owner would know who it is though.
