Be careful with this location. I was shopping Magic The Gathering cards and heard the representative boast about getting cheap cards from a customer and flipping them for $100+ profit. Their trade values are harsh, go find another provider where the trade in value is 85%, not 50 - 55% of TCG Player value (This is what they use for comps).

My friend brought in graded cards and she was offered 50% of what the guy quoted them at. You don't address the fact that you have an employee boasting, in the store, about scamming a customer. Next time I go in, I'll record audio in my purse and send a copy of the proof these employees are making your entire company look like scum. Also, using generally before FAR BETTER means nothing. If you use a website and have these so called set percentages, there should be consistency. I'm not trying to open a card shop, I can care less about your logistics. Sellers/traders beware.

Hey Lady Shenzii! We pay 45-55% for $1-9 cards and up to 60-65% for higher end Magic trades. This is generally FAR BETTER than any other store in our area. We also give every customer our best advice when they're looking to sell/trade their cards. If we think they're better off selling online or on Marketplace, we tell them to do so! Feel free to stop in and we can better explain the logistics of running a Hobby Shop with 7 locations and 80+ employees!
