I have been to card shops all over the country (for sports cards and Pokemon) and the Coulee Cedar Rapids location is one of my all-time favorites! Amazing selection, and the atmosphere is next-level. The employees are really friendly, and they make you feel like a member of the club rather than a customer at a store. I would give it 10 stars if I could!
Absolutely love this store! Fantastic staff and good prices. They have so many great MTG singles - I especially love the boxes of $1-9 cards. Tim, Brett, Greg, Daniel, and Logan are some of the best dudes to buy from and sell to, and they have a "guy" for every type of collectable card game that you can trust. There is also a great community of MTG players that show up on the weekends playing a variety of brackets, which is something you can't find everywhere. Can't recommend this store enough!
used to like going here because i couldn't and didnt know where to get pokemon products due to scalpers. tried to sell a 1500 card to them and they offered like 700. i sold it on ebay within 2 minutes for 1450, was also told the back of the card wasnt super great either which affected the price but its literally spotless and sold instantly and perfectly authenticated. only go if you literally have no other choice. staff is usually very kind but the dude i talked to last time was very meh.
The customer serves has been very good for multiple people but others have been very rude, PLEASE don't sell your cards here they pay 60% on all cards at the most which is just crazy when you can go to a card show and sell for 80-90 percent of value , the dollar bins are great the value is amazing got a 40 dollar cooper flagg for 3 dollars!!!! they don't care about dollar bins so look closely through them often leave big cards in there because they just don't care to look on the back of the card.
