The customer serves has been very good for multiple people but others have been very rude, PLEASE don't sell your cards here they pay 60% on all cards at the most which is just crazy when you can go to a card show and sell for 80-90 percent of value , the dollar bins are great the value is amazing got a 40 dollar cooper flagg for 3 dollars!!!! they don't care about dollar bins so look closely through them often leave big cards in there because they just don't care to look on the back of the card.

I have gone to other coulees before but this one was awful. A gentleman(who I believe said he was TCG manager) was very sweet and was just very busy. He had to call over the other people multiple times before they even came over so that I and others could get assistance. A guy with dark medium ish hair came over huffy after being called over multiple times. Tried trading cards in to get some other cards. I had over $130 worth of cards and I got offered $60 for three cards. One card itself was $70. So for three cards I was getting less than 50% that’s horrible! I understand percentage but less than 50!? I was trying to purchase over $175 worth of cards so I was expecting at least $90-80. We no longer wanted the high dollar amount of cards because they guy that was “helping” us was so pissy and rude about it I do want to say the tcg manager was very nice because when we went to purchase our bulk cards (three in total so maybe 75 cents) he just gave them to us and told us to have a wonderful day.

We try to pride ourselves on making sure all customers are served with kindness and urgency, but it seems we failed in that regard. Our buying percentages are also on a sliding scale based on condition and market value of the trades. If you come back in, we would love to make things right! Coulee'S in Cedar Rapids is AMAZING! Great staff and great deals! Staff was courteous and I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt I was given a great deal on the cards I wanted. Thank you! ..... Google asked to update since I was here again. The above paragraph remains true.

First went to Coulee for my son to look at Pokemon cards! They have all major gaming cards (poke, mtg. Yugioh, lorcana, etc), all sport cards, memorabilia, decor, and comic books. They have several gaming tables and themed nights to facilitate games and trades. My kids love going through the bulk boxes to pull poke singles, and coulee has always been generous in cutting good deals to them. Nice clean shop! It can get very crowded on gaming days, but they always seem to have several employees working so its always easy to find help.

Big, little card and gaming store. It has a comfortable feel while still having a lot of stuff to draw one's attention. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Feels like a place for gaming fans by gaming fans.

Staff has been rude and inattentive every time I've been in the store. Walked out without purchasing anything as it took so much time to get any help. Very unorganized store and impossible to find singles easily. Would recommend taking card business elsewhere.
