Nie wieder Cotosen.
Ein bestellter Artikel (Schuh) wurde in einer anderen Farbe geliefert als bestellt, der andere (Hose) war trotz Messungen gemäß den Angaben der Webseite doppelt so groß wie meine Größe. Sogar für die inkorrekt gelieferten Schuhe war für eine Erstattung erwartet, dass ich die auf eigenen Kosten nach China zurücksende - das hätte mehr gekostet als die Schuhe selbst. Das andere Angebot war eine Erstattung von 25% des Gesamtwertes, ich habe das am Ende akzeptiert und Cotosen hat vor 12 Tagen geschrieben, das Geld ist unterwegs und wird in 72 Stunden bei mir. Seitdem warte ich darauf.
Man kann sich auf die Webseite auch nicht mehr anmelden, das Anmeldeknopf ist nicht aktiv, unabhängig von Gerät, Browser usw. Auf meine Bitte für Hilfe war die sehr kompetente Antwort vom Kundenservice, dass sie mit meinem Konto nichts tun können, ich soll eventuell ein neues Konto erstellen. Das ist Schwachsinn, ich habe es trotzdem gemacht, und damit kann ich mich nach der Registration auch nicht mehr anmelden. Annahme: sie wollen nicht, dass ich mich anmelde und die Produkte auf der Webseite schlecht bewerte.

Don't let Cotosen fool or rip you off !!!!!
Don’t be fooled / scammed by Cotosen.
If theft, lies, or deceit were Olympic events then Cotosen would take Gold, Silver, and Bronze in all of them.
This is a well planned programme of misrepresentation that ends up costing the customer and no chance of refund or reimbursement.
If you fill an online order and wish to check it before sending you will be trapped by the programme and your enquiry will be converted to an order and shipping charges and tax illegally added.
The advertising that clearly states that any order over US$ 99.00 is shipping free is an outrageous lie to convince you to place the order.
When challenged Cotosen will tell you the money has been used to pay for the shipping and will be refunded after delivery of the goods.
Another monumental lie as they have a library of pre written generic responses to avoid payment and not address the actual act of theft.
They must have a small army of autobots who do nothing to resolve problems, and just keep sending the same avoidance emails.
Along with all the other scammed customers ( 78% ) of total, I urge you to not order from Cotosen or you will regret it big time!!!!!

Tutto il resto un schifo. Ho ordinato e pagato per mio figlio 2 capi il 13/12/22 il primo (Cardigan Maglione Da Uomo Con Collo Alto In Pile Caldo Da Esterno)
è arrivato il 04/01/2023 La taglia sbagliata e l’etichetta che la indicava cucita esternamente sulla spalla sinistra.
Il secondo (Giacca vintage casual a maniche lunghe con cappuccio) è arrivato il 20/01/2023.
Il materiale di cui era fatto è paragonabile al tessuto non tessuto che compro a metri quadri ( 0,35€ 2metroquadri) per coprire le piante in inverno.
Del primo ho chiesto il rimborso. La risposta è stata l’offerta di un buono sul prossimo acquisto…:-) :-) da sbellicarsi dal ridere. Insistendo ci ha proposto di rispedire indietro il capo a nostre spese e quando sarebbe giunto a loro ci avrebbero inviato un capo nuovo.
Per il secondo gli ho inviato una mail con cui chiarivo cosa pensavo della qualità dei capi e del loro servizio.
COTOSEN da evitare !!!
Arrivato il pacco ho dovuto pagare alla posta €6,68.
La TShirt “53”ordinata assomiglia molto a quella pubblicizzata sul sito il tessuto è puro acrilico di trama finissima.
La felpa invece è di tessuto interno simile alla garza, l’esterno sembra di “tessuto non tessuto “ simile alle tovaglie usa e getta dei ristoranti , cucita come i vestiti di carnevale quindi molto dozzinale. Le foto sul sito ingannano parecchio. Per stare dalla parte dei bottoni ho preso 3XL ( ho una 52 anni ‘80 di spalle).
La delusione è stata doppia perché non avevo letto le esperienze qui descritte molto bene dagli altri utenti

Ho ricevuto materiale falso

Ho fatto un ordine di 7 articoli e pagato regolarmente, dopo quasi un mese ho ricevuto scarpe di gomma di pessima qualità sicuramente non come dalle foto dove fanno vedere articoli belli e in pelle. Paghi per articoli in pelle e ti arrivano 2 pezzi di plastica malfatti.
