No customer support
I sent my order # 3683 on February 18 and have not received any notification or response to what they described as a “chat line”. There is no chatting at all. I hope to edit this review with a more positive comment. Should this be rectified immediately however at this point trustworthy is a questionable adjective. After two positive results after my first two orders I fully expected to receive the same respect this time around and feel quite disappointed since they immediately deposited my money into their account. Please be wary.

ARE THEY USING CANADA POST NOW OR NO?
So I used to use this site a lot because they were good at giving me what I want for pain and depression however I don't know what has been going on as of late? They totally changed everything in the summer or before that and then it went to absolute nonsense. You cannot contact ANYONE or EVER ask for a refund and they have taken money from me in which I somehow had to pay for my "free gift' that I did NOT WANT ANYWAY. And I don't know if they're going back to using Canada Post now due to the strike ending. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS PERFECTLY AND ALSO THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR A FREE GIFT THAT IS USELESS AND I NEVER WANTED IT!
THIS SHOULD BE WAY EASIER AND BETTER FOR PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY PAY FOR THEIR PRODUCT! IF I WAS OUT DOING THIS AND IF I WQS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, THAT WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BE TOLERATED AND YOU KNOW WHAT WOULD HAPPEN... DO BETTER!!!!
Product received promptly
I was sketched out by the recent negative reviews here, but the product shipped within three days, arrived promptly, and is as described.
There, however, was no email communication on the order status, and it was not possible to register an account on the site, since their server's email system seems to not be configured correctly.
First time customer
Placed my order (#2128) about seven months ago, the order was paid and they took my e-transfer. The it went "canceled" without any reason. I tried to email them several times, they never answered untill I gave them a bad review on this site. The got in touch with me following that bad review apologizing and asking me to send them the confirmation of the Interac payment so they could "fix" the situation. I e-mailed them the confirmation about two months ago and since then radio silence again. I'm short $246.35 and they just don't seem to care. I cannot stress this enough: "BEWARE!" My first two orders went well but the third broke my trust in these guys.
Lousy customer service
They've had my money for over 8 months and don't answer my very many emails or any contact I try to initiate; they just ignore me. So I'm like $250 short and they have the worst service ever! I made two previous orders with them without problem but it's really customer hell since november 2023 when I placed my last order. Obviously they have no intention to give me my money or anything at all in return for my money. If you like taking chances then by all means go forit but to me these guys are not trustworthy. There are plenty of other online shops that at least answer when you contact them. And by the way their chat feature is worthless; they don't answer me there either!
They do deliver.
This place is sketchy as fuck but they do deliver. Just don’t expect any customer service but this is not Amazon. Second time I order and it came and these are not small orders. We’ll order again for sure.

Terrible way to do business!
My first order was great had no reason to question making another order, but scammed for $220. Very upsetting considering I had received an order prior to this one! No communication whatsoever!

SCAM ALERT. Site looks legit but sent money for medicated nerd rope and never received goods. When checked tracking the scammer posted order cancelled. Fake addddress, fake business number, no reply to emails. TOTAL SCAM. DON'T SEND THE MONEY

The order came very fast… I bought an ounce and received an ounce + a few extra grams… Burns great and you can really taste the blueberry… Has an earthy/berry smell. Highly recommend it for a cheap ounce.

Package came , all is good , no communication throughout the process tho , and it took ten days but they busy af it's Christmas time , they are legit and still the same solid fantasy I will order again thanks.
