Without a doubt, my experience at Dartford Road Dental Centre was the most exceptional dental visit I've ever had. The staff members were not only kind and helpful but also incredibly efficient. Dr. Tosin's extensive knowledge made the visit exceptionally pleasant. From start to finish, it was a flawless 5-star experience that I highly recommend to others.

I have just completed my teeth straightening treatment with DDC and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Dr Tosin is so lovely and always so informative about every stage of the process. The reception team are always so friendly and accommodating, especially when my schedule often changes and I had to change appointments multiple times. I couldn’t recommend the DDC team enough and I will be so happy to continue my regular dental/hygiene appointments with them.

Excellent practice, appointment availability is good. Cameron the receptionist is extremely efficient. The dentist always explains exactly what the treatment entails. My recent experience has been exceptional and I would like to thank Dr S Naseer for her care.

Excellent service. I was very impressed by the quality of professional services provided. I was made to feel very comfortable and confident in the treatment I received. The treatment plan was well explained to me all through, Dr Zainab and Nurse Beverley were amazing, friendly and calming, making it a stress free procedure. Great dental service. Highly recommended.

Had an emergency appointment with them, which was great as I got one very quickly. The appointment lasted approximetly 3 minutes. The dentist did not seem much experienced and I felt like I was being rushed out and she was not much considerate of my issues. I was given antibiotics which didnt work so I had to go back for different type of antibiotics. The issue is somewhat still not resolved but I am reluctant to go back now. Will be looking for a more experienced dentist for a second opinion now. Update: thank you for your reply. You have replied saying Dr Zainab has seen me twice, this is not true she has only seen me once and I was prescribed the second set of antibiotics without being seen. I picked it up from reception. I will reconsider attending.

I had wanted Invisalign for some time and with the encouragement from Dr Zainab Naseer, I was so pleased that I finally went for it! During my treatment Zainab was kind, caring and ever so gentle. Even as a nurse I was still a little nervous! I wore my retainers over a period of 16 weeks and was amazed at the final result. 16 weeks of wearing aligners 22 hours a day was a long process but it gave me the beautiful straight teeth I had always dreamed of and now I can’t stop cheesy smiling! Thank you so much Zainab :)
