Booked a taxi well in advance for new year for 01:45. Get a txt at 2 saying their outside, replied straight away, nobody outside. Apparently they’d txtd 5 minutes earlier but just left straight away when no reply. Useless

We use this company often when we're on nights out in Edinburgh (live in Dunfermline). When there's a group of us the cost is really reasonable and the drivers are always on time and really friendly. Highly recommended.

Driver phones when outside, I phoned less that 60 seconds later and he said he was no longer able to pick me up. I’d also add we had someone waiting outside for the taxi so we would have seen if he was outside when he said he was.

We phoned you like 8 times, its a Saturday night, if you can’t be bothered answering your calls or ready to go, don’t call for a cab. Time is money, maybe not for you. Good luck, ur useless 1 star don’t make no difference to us as id rather have one star than u in ma cab
