I am using them for my renewal because they did a promo with my brokerage so it would be free. I am only 1 unit in (7 lessons) in and the quality is not there. They seriously need someone internal who has never taken this course to try and do so because it's a hot mess. Most of the questions do not make sense. Thank goodness they give you the answer at the end of the quiz and allow you to retake it or else I would be screwed.
By makes no sense I mean sometimes you guys just have the same question twice but I am somehow supposed to know that you want 2 different answers? And when you give me the correct answer it tends to come with an explaination that has nothing to do with the question shown, so clearly the correct question is not showing.
I also don't know why they bothered to have a whole section in the beginning about the instructor when the instructor is not in it at all. Maybe he comes in later but right now it makes no sense.
The first couple of lessons were fine, but then things started slowly making less and less sense. I am so happy I did not use them when I initially got licensed or I would have been screwed. Very easy for renewals though since I don't have a state test to worry about again.
You guys have a solid foundation and you can be a great product, but your product development/quality assurance team needs to do better.
Please see attached photos where I got both right, but both were marked wrong because the system thought these questions were swapped. I really hope your full licensing course is not this confusing.
Update. Customer service did some troubleshooting. I now have access and started the course. I will provide a review once I have completed the course

This place is a scam and will not respond to emails after three weeks and counting. WARNING DO NOT BUY CLASS. Website freezes every 2 clicks and sometimes delays ability to work on it over 30 hours! You will take months to complete what shouldnt take so long. Very disappointed.
Just finished my pre-licensing course here and wow, what an experience! The info was so applicable, especially as a salesperson. And being from Brooklyn, I could easily relate the concepts to my neighborhood. Totally recommend!

Hmmm, coming from Staten Island, I was surprised how much of the exam prep I could apply to my neighborhood. Great for getting a grip on the real estate basics. There were a few typos, but nothing that threw me off. Solid choice for aspiring realtors.
