Fantastic classes with friendly and supportive trainers - I highly recommend Core Fitness. I've been attending group circuit classes for 6 years and have never done the same session twice! Every session is fun, challenging and a great work out. It's a super friendly environment with everyone working at their own pace and with the trainers providing support and encouragement. I also attend the Pilates classes which are run by the fabulous Lucy. They are suitable for everyone as each exercise is adaptable to suit the individual. The classes are welcoming and friendly and the music playlists are excellent! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Core Fitness.

I have been training at Core for a few months and would highly recommend them! I am someone who isn’t a great fan of exercise but in my PT session with Francois something different is plannned for each week and I am beginning to see that it can be enjoyable. Really great Training Studio! The training team at Core Fitness are passionate and focused on helping each individual to improve their fitness levels irrespective of whichever package you choose. They are attentive and help you to do the exercises properly deriving maximum benefit whatever your entry level is. The supportive atmosphere is also shared between the friendly “customers” and you genuinely feel good after each session both mentally and physically.

Having done no form of exercise for years, I was incredibly apprehensive about starting small group PT sessions; however, I was made to feel so welcome at Core Fitness when I joined just over a year ago. Scott and his team are really encouraging and highly motivating. Despite doing small group PT sessions, the work out is tailored to everyone’s individual needs. I am pushed to my limit during each session, but the trainers are all super knowledgeable to ensure that our safety is paramount. I would highly recommend training at Core Fitness…not only has it helped me in reaching and maintaining my fitness goals, but it’s also a supportive environment where I leave my sessions weekly feeling full of confidence! Thank you for helping me on my fitness journey!

Lee Russell I’ve been training with Scott for a few years now, but during Covid I stopped and found it very hard to get the motivation to return. Eventually I forced myself to rejoin earlier this year and now I am really enjoying it again and the fitness is massively improving. More importantly and the main reason I pushed myself to get back is the mental well-being behind it all. That has greatly improved and a key driver to keep me going every week. 😁🙌👍💪😉

I have been working with Scott in 1-2-1 PT sessions for almost 6 weeks now after being someone who has never really liked or entered a gym regularly at all (the last time being 20+ years ago). Scott listened patiently to my journey before we started and has genuinely helped to support me in moving through new challenges weekly, where I have felt completely at ease and I am genuinely feeling stronger as these weeks have passed. I cannot recommend Core Fitness enough. If you are someone like me who doesn't know where to start with fitness, scared of/doesn't like open gyms, has a whole bunch of other negative self talk going on but wants to change the script, Scott and team are the people to call. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done to support me so far..! 💪

Seriously for anyone who may be scared, worried or anxious about where and how to get into exercises please re read this review. We know it took a lot for you to start this journey and we are so pleased you did as we can see you are now a changed person, so confident in yourself in a training environment on a 1-2-1 basis as well as joining the pilates classes. I have been going to Core for 7 months now and think it’s absolutely brilliant. Scott and his team make working outside your comfort zone enjoyable and safe, something that was really important to me being a total novice. I started off with PT with Lauren and now do group PT with Scott. They manage to tailor the movements to each individual who may have various body part struggles, even within a group environment. I’ve been to various sessions and everyone is always friendly and encouraging. The space and equipment is the perfect size, intimate but enough for all of us. And Scott welcomes my small children during school holidays and even manages to get them involved, which means that I don’t have to break my workout routine - and my kids have fun too! I really look forward to my sessions at Core, Scott has a way of making you feel you can do anything and I always feel great walking out their door! And now my husband has recently joined too and also loves it!

My Partner and I have been going to Core Fitness for over 2 years and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit. Scott and his team of personal trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, provide a tailored work out and are able to work around busy work schedules. The small group sessions are a great addition to our exercise plan, working out with a small group of like-minded people, really helps with the motivation!

Scott and his team have created a wonderful community at Core, and I'm so happy I found it. It has been the perfect place to get fit, gain strength and make new friends. The small group classes are challenging but lots of fun. Every workout is unique, well thought-out and can be adapted to suit every level of fitness. The individual PT classes are also a brilliant addition if you want to boost your workouts and hit individual targets.

I’ve loved training in Core Fitness over the last 3 years, from Pt with Scott and then more recently small group PT with Lauren and Ben. The trainers are super knowledgeable and motivating and the space and equipment is top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend training at Core Fitness, it’s helped me to reach and maintain my fitness goals and the sense of community is an added bonus!

My wife and I started training with Francois a year ago. He understands what we want to achieve and tailors the sessions accordingly. He also makes a great effort with our kids whenever weekend training sessions happen, getting them interested in exercise as well. He is a great guy and we would recommend without hesitation.

I’m really happy I found Core Fitness. This is a fantastic gym with a super welcoming atmosphere, excellent facilities and a brilliant variety of sessions available. It’s really a perfect gym for all fitness levels, and especially for those like me who find anything fitness-related daunting. Before I joined, Scott took the time to discuss my goals with me and helped put a plan together to help me achieve them. I have since been working out with the brilliant Sasha as my personal trainer. Sasha is all around wonderful; not only is she a true expert at what she does, but she is also really friendly, positive and supportive. I also regularly go to the circuit training sessions and occasionally the small PT groups. These sessions are excellent, whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast! Core Fitness has helped me make some seriously positive changes to my routine and I’d recommend the team to anyone!

I think we’re very lucky to have Scott and all the other trainers at Core Fitness in our local community. They are all so encouraging and supportive. No two workouts are ever the same and there is always a feeling of camaraderie and fun. Scott, Pip, Lauren and all the other trainers - their positivity is infectious and whilst weight loss and improved fitness and strength are inevitable and welcomed by-products of the workouts, for me - the best part is the positive impact the training has on my emotional health. My mood lifts during and after each workout and I feel motivated and better equipped to face all the other challenges life likes to chuck our way. I’m so grateful to Scott and everyone else at Core Fitness and I love being part of the happy community they have created.
