We found Cooper from his YouTube channel. He helped with local insights of different communities in the tri-valley area. He is not pushy but at the same time gives a honest opinion on the property and market trends. His strong skills are negotiating with the agents and have a constant communication till the deal gets done. Cooper also helped us sell our current property. Cooper is the real deal! This young man was professional from the start and helped me secure a home purchase on my very 1st offer attempt which is unheard of in this crazy historical housing market! He is probably the most professional person I have every worked with and was super responsive to every single call, email, and text even after closing escrow. I could not be happier. He is also good hearted person. When we initially came to view the home, my 8 year old son shared that he was most excited about the potential of setting up a basketball hoop since we were living in a 3rd story apartment which didn't allow that due to no yard. When we came to get the keys finally, he surprised my son with a brand new basketball and the smile on my son's face was priceless. That meant a lot to us. I'll never hesitate to use Cooper in the future after this positive experience.

I would highly recommend Cooper for your Bay Area real estate needs. Picky first time home buyers trying to stick to a budget in the current market - we were not the easiest customers to please. Cooper was persistent and honest with what we could accomplish, with constant communication throughout our home search. He has a vast network of local experts to recommend for everything from financing to inspections and a great background in construction that was incredibly valuable in deciding on a home. Cooper really excelled when submitting offers and communicating to the other agent - he was able to make us really stand out for each offer we submitted. 2 months in, we are incredibly happy with the entire experience of purchasing a home with Cooper. I really like his personal yet extremely professional relationship - present whenever you need him, and always upfront about the realities of the market.
