I never post reviews!!! But I haven’t gone to the dentist in 5 years and I knew I had to go. I saw some positive reviews recently and decided to give this office a try and I’m glad I did! This dentistry has been so kind and patient with me! I have always been embarrassed of my teeth but Dr. G and her assistant have always made me feel comfortable and safe! They weren’t mean to me about my dental hygiene like previous dentist I’ve been to and they were kind about my concerns! Even the front office staff is super kind and helpful! I couldn’t afford all the extra dental bills and they referred me to a dental credit card option and it has saved me! I highly recommend giving this office a try!

Recently had my annual dental exam and cleaning at Converse Smiles. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had in a dental office. The front staff were very friendly and the waiting room was extra comfortable. I was taken back for my appointment on-time, which is a rare occurrence at most offices in San Antonio. Dr. Guadagno and her assistant were very attentive and professional. Dr. Guadagno answered all of my questions and concerns, and even took the time to further educate me on my dental health, which was well beyond my expectations. 5 out of 5 recommendation, was worth switching dental offices and the extra 15 minute drive to Converse. I will definitely be going back to Converse Smiles and Dr. Guadagno for all my future dental health appointments.

It a very comforting environment. The staff is very friendly and the doctor takes a lot of pride in her work. Highly recommended.

We have been a patient at dental smiles for a while now and the customer service has been good. This morning we walked in as always they greeted us but never asked for the name to check us in as they were talking. We gave them some time to finish their conversation but another customer walked in and immediately they asked her for her name to check her in. Then another came in immediately they offered to check her in again. Finally, they turned to us to ask if we wanted to check in after checking in two other patients that came in after us. It seemed like we were invisible for over 5 minutes until after they took care of the other patients that came after us. The two ladies that were at the desk were not the ones that we were accustomed to. Hopefully, the learn to take care of every patient equally without any preference.

Do not come here. I listened to all the positive reviews online. The estimate for a deep cleaning was incorrect we paid a lot over the patient responsibility. Then the dentist said my husband might need a root canal but they don’t do them they refer out. She capped tooth and not even a month later he has extreme pain in the tooth. We call to schedule an emergency appt and the front office said they do not have emergency appointments the soonest would be a week away but they couldn’t help since it would be a root canal anyway I asked about an extraction she said that would be another appointment on another day. go else where!!!!!

The service today at Converse dental were excellent.

Absolutely love it the whole team is superb

Staff was amazing at calming my 9yr old anxiety and fears of being at the office. They explained every step and showed her tools. They went above and beyond for my daughter. They gained her trust and confidence that she allowed them to do their job. Staff is professional and establishment clean. Smells good when you walk in. Has a little play area for kids. It was our 1st time there and we had a great experience. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done!!!! Respectfully, Happy Mom
