I'VE GONE TO SEVERAL APPLIANCE STORES, LOWES, HOME DEPOT, BEST BUY APPLIANCE STORES FOR STOVES REFRIGERATORS AND THEY WERE ALL OVERPRICED AND DEFECTIVE AND THE WASHER DRYERS APPLIANCES WERE OVERPRICED AND DEFECTIVE AND THEY WERENT WILLING TO FIX UNLESS I BOUGHT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY I FINALLY WENT ONLINE AND SAW OVERSTOCK APPLIANCE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME THE EXACT BRAND I WANTED AND LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE I SAW THEIR HIGH REVIEWS AND I WILL BUY FROM THEM FROM NOW ON, THEY ARE TRUELY THE BEST AND SO FRIENDLY. THANK YOU SO MUCH GREG AND JAMES.I give them 10stars ♥️

Wouldnt recommend this business at all! How do you charge a restocking fee 1 hour after ordering something and the delivery date is 5 days away! What a disgrace they are! Must be desperate for a few dollars and to screw customers! Hope they are happy with the few bucks they STOLE from me and they choke on it! They have some great business model there! I guess the idea of a full courtesy refund is something they never heard of and also they might try and keep a CUSTOMER HAPPY AND MAYBE GET THEM TO COME BACK IN THE FUTURE! Guess I was 110% wrong! Will never step in this shady business again and hope no one else does either!

I wanted to share with you guys my experience with Overstock Appliance in Paramus on route 17!!
I had to replace my fridge, as it had defintly seen its last days.
Ok... first I don't waste time with reviews. Good or bad ... however, my experience with them made me put keyboard in hand to actually write a review. These guys are a family run business and I was skeptical at first to go in bc most people referred me to PC Richard and Best Buy, Home Depot etc. but I went in to see and what I found was the most helpful staff who heard my concerns and they were able to work within my budget and more so.
They delivered the new fridge not even 24 hrs later and took away the old one.
Class act, professional and have the same brands the other vendors have - but at a better price. This was not a used item. It was brand new. Out of the box.
I actually know this will be the only place I purchase appliances from now on and wanted to let you know that Greg is a great contact for anyone; there are no high pressure sales pitches or know it all attitudes. Humble business owners who care about their customers. I truly believe it's because they are a family run business.
They have stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, freezers and more. Just wanted to let you all know in case you are looking for a new appliance. Warrantee as well.

This is a HIDDEN gem of Bergen County. Shop around then go to Overstock Appliances. They are very competitive with prices, and have a phenomenal selection to choose from.
Installation was professional and the service was outstanding. As a realtor who deals with people all day long and negotiates for a living, they care about customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile. It's a win-win all around. Ask for Rabee and tell him Lady Di sent you! I'm so pleased with my Thermador!
