This place sold me a leaky washer and replaced it with a washer that had an error code. They brought me back my original washer after stating it was fixed and it continues to leak. This location thrives because it is in a poverty area where it is easier to rip off less fortunate people. I think the most disappointing part is feeling almost like it was my fault, and an inconvenience to them.
I just purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from Awesome Dealz. I picked up the washer and dryer that day and hooked it up. There was a minor issue with the washer, but the management team was very quick to correct the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and that is one of the many reasons I will continue to be an Awesome Dealz customer!
Dryer had issues off the bat but they told me it was the vent so I took the vent off and it started drying but now it doesn’t dry a load completely after 70 minutes of running. I told myself I would not buy used again but this set was about 700 bucks and it’s Maytag so I thought it was a decent price but they only give a 60 day warranty and I reached out after 61 days. But new and get a real warranty from the manufacturer.
I purchased from them for the first time today (a kitchen table) and had some issues, however, they were very quick to respond and fix the issue immediately. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much! Will be back sometime.
