I just purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer set from Awesome Dealz. I picked up the washer and dryer that day and hooked it up. There was a minor issue with the washer, but the management team was very quick to correct the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and that is one of the many reasons I will continue to be an Awesome Dealz customer!
Dryer had issues off the bat but they told me it was the vent so I took the vent off and it started drying but now it doesn’t dry a load completely after 70 minutes of running. I told myself I would not buy used again but this set was about 700 bucks and it’s Maytag so I thought it was a decent price but they only give a 60 day warranty and I reached out after 61 days. But new and get a real warranty from the manufacturer.
I purchased from them for the first time today (a kitchen table) and had some issues, however, they were very quick to respond and fix the issue immediately. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much! Will be back sometime.

I brought a washer and dryer set front them back in 2019! I still have it until this day only thing is it breaks down a lot and I always have to pay to get it fixed. I haven’t had the money to just pay for a brand new one out right yet. But it literally broke down the first time while I had a warranty, but it just kept breaking down after that. I called them and they said it was nothing they could do since I had no warranty. I had to start paying out my pocket for the repairs. I do think the set was way over priced, I was so upset when I saw that I could’ve got a brand new set for the price I paid for this one including the delivery fee. That’s my fault, I should’ve looked around first before settling. I just thought because they were used, it would’ve been a lot cheaper. They have brand new sets at Best Buy the same price as this place. And your warranty can be from 3-5 years for an extra $79-$110!!! Because of what I’m going through, that’s a way better deal because the dryer is now broke down and I can’t get it fixed until next week. Thank God I finally saved up the money to get a brand new one next pay. All I’m saying is, COMPARE THEIR PRICES!!! It’s no amazing deals here for some of their stuff
