Fake appliance

I brought a washer and dryer set front them back in 2019! I still have it until this day only thing is it breaks down a lot and I always have to pay to get it fixed. I haven’t had the money to just pay for a brand new one out right yet. But it literally broke down the first time while I had a warranty, but it just kept breaking down after that. I called them and they said it was nothing they could do since I had no warranty. I had to start paying out my pocket for the repairs. I do think the set was way over priced, I was so upset when I saw that I could’ve got a brand new set for the price I paid for this one including the delivery fee. That’s my fault, I should’ve looked around first before settling. I just thought because they were used, it would’ve been a lot cheaper. They have brand new sets at Best Buy the same price as this place. And your warranty can be from 3-5 years for an extra $79-$110!!! Because of what I’m going through, that’s a way better deal because the dryer is now broke down and I can’t get it fixed until next week. Thank God I finally saved up the money to get a brand new one next pay. All I’m saying is, COMPARE THEIR PRICES!!! It’s no amazing deals here for some of their stuff

"new" units were clearly used with burn marks on the dryers and "used" units were rusty and smelled like mold.

Years back, i bought a dryer. Its still working. I purchased a large, black, L shaped sectional 10 months ago. I absolutely love it. The delivery man was professional, kind and quick with assembly. The people were so nice! They helped me take my washer out to the car! I was able to get something amazingly in my price range. They have new and used washers dryers singles and in Sets. Scratch and refrigerators that were still really nice. I would absolutely recommend them if you need an appliance ASAP. The variety of appliances was so great, Prices good, and the Staff was kind.

This store is amazing . I just moved in to Columbus. Got all my appliances and furniture there. Staff were friendly. I liked the fact that the owner him self was helping loading my appliances. I highly recommend this company and be back for my future needs.

I purchased a washer dryer set and yes it was used but it doesn't work. I reached out to the business but the owner didn't talk to me and did not try to fix the issue. This company doesn't appear to care about their customers.
