Local Guy Couldn't Do It, Console Portal Nailed It FAST!
During an interior clean of my PS5, I was a little too heavy-handed and managed to detach my PS5's cooling fan from the motherboard. My reliable local technician, whom I've used for 12 years, tried for 10 days but couldn't fix it. After researching online, I decided to give Console Portal a shot and I also opted for their £19.99 cleaning service while it was being fixed.
The results were astounding.
My console was picked up free of charge on Wednesday morning (free on repairs over £40), and in less than 24 hours, I received a text letting me know the repair was complete!
Every person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From pickup to drop-off, their communication was flawless

Fantastic service!! First time customer and was going off their excellent ratings online.
My PS5's disc drive had stopped reading discs so after my son kept pestering me I thought it's about time I got it fixed. After searching the internet for sometime I stumbled across Console Portal.
I placed my order online on a Saturday morning for a disc drive repair and additional cleaning, then phoned the shop to arrange collection. I chose to drop off at my local post office option and was sent a QR code via email. I packed the PS5 in it's original box and dropped it off at the post office Monday morning.
I tracked the shipping via the Royal Mail app and it was delivered Tuesday lunchtime with a nice photo 😁.
I received a phone call Wednesday afternoon telling me all was fixed and checking that someone would be at home the next day for delivery. It arrived Thursday at around 11:00 and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and price especially when compared to other companies.
5 stars from me all day long and won't hesitate to use Console Portal again when needed. 👍🏻

Was sceptical about sending my son's water damaged switch off to an unknown company off Google but the service was exceptional. Completely hassle free postage & return with a call to confirm a successful repair and the switch was back within 3 days fully repaired. Would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks!
Brilliant service. I booked in for a HDMI port repair and was promptly called by a nice chap who talked me through my options with getting the console to them and then back to me again. The repair was prompt and I had my console back in only a few days. As a final cherry on top, I was told that fixing the HDMI port was a little trickier than most HDMI port issues they see and if it was known exactly what the problem was ahead of time, would have cost a bit more to repair than originally paid but they would not charge me the extra. Fantastic gesture.
