Console portal fixed my power issue that I was having with my Xbox Series X as well as fixing an issue with my controller. I sent my items to them on the Monday and had them back by Friday! A special shout out to Steve who resolved an issue I had quickly and swiftly 👏🏼 Fantastic company that I would highly recommend to anyone that values service and a good job. Thanks lads!

Rang to enquire about a faulty HDMI port on my sons' Xbox one x, took it it in same day and was done 3 hrs later with a 1 year warranty. It doesn't get any better than that. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Brilliant.

Cannot recommend highly enough. After breaking the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 and asking around locally for it to be fixed, no one would do it for less than £100. I then found Console Portal, Steve's customer service is fantastic and put my mind at ease sending my Playstation in the post up to Leeds (I live near London) and the price was a hell of a lot cheaper for them to fix it. I sent the Playstation away on a Friday morning from the QR code that was sent to my email. Console Portal received the following day and my console was fixed on Monday and I received the PS5 on Wednesday. The whole process was less than 5 days...impeccable service.

Just got ps5 HDMI port fixed, reasonable price, took only an hour as well, id recommend it as well.

I can not fault these guys at all. From phoning yesterday for advice to dropping it off today, these guys were faultless. I came to have my HDMI port repaired as i thought it had become loose but turns out I had done slightly more damage to it then that. Still only cost me 70 quid for the repair. I was advised the repair may take 2 hours but get a call 1 hour later to come and collect it. Thank you everyone, I will definitely use again in the future and recommend to all my gaming friends

Quick and perfect fix

Had them repair my PS5 blu-ray drive. Really helpful on the phone, really cost competitive and were really quick. Completely see why they've got a 100% 5 star rating!

Very rare for me to leave a review. Truly an amazing company. I had an issue with my PlayStation and was quoted £200+ for repair by Sony. After doing my research I came across Console Portal. Everything was so straight forward with express delivery both ways. They also include a courier if you have issues posting it yourself which was a nice thought for those who may have decreased mobility! I was in contact with them throughout the repair. 5 days total!! A massive thanks to Steve, Sam and the rest of the team. Need more honest fair people like that in the world. All my gaming friends know of the company now so hopefully more customers, rightly deserved. 6*'s. 👍🤌

We just received our Nintendo Switch OLED fixed . Just in a week! Very professional! The engineer I have spoken was very kind,even that I called on Sunday 😬 We had accessories as a gift for my son. Very happy with the service. Strongly recommend 💯

Found console portal and was well happy I did. My console was collected within days and it took them less then a week to have it fully repaired and delivered back to me. If I need my console repaired again in the future I will be contacting them right away. Very happy and highly recommended

I dont write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded. Console Portal did just that. Excellent communication, first class packaging and fast turnaround. Sam tried to call me a few times today just to check I was happy. It doesnt get better than this.

Very professional, fixed my console very quickly and when I had an issue with it at home they even sent out someone to help sort it out which was great.

Highly recommend using Console portal. The people and service is excellent. Completed a phone repair for me, to which I am more than happy with. Will continue to use these for all phone repairs and computer games/ consoles.
