Xavier asked me to connect to my computer to perform some maintenance tasks. However, he ended up tremendously improving my work experience by providing a solution to a struggle I had been facing for a long time, which I didn't even think was possible. He is my hero! Thank you, Xavier and Confidence IT, for saving the day and providing solutions to what I thought was an unsolvable problem, which I had accepted that I'd have to live with.
