Terrible customer service - I placed an online order for a shipping container that stated it would be delivered within 2 days, and that was a few weeks ago. I've called their sales number to speak with someone numerous times and the phone just rings for 20+ minutes each. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Not worth the business and heachache

Chris delivered our Connex container and did just a fantastic job. This is from Connex West exactly what we ordered placed it easily in our yard where I wanted it and I just can’t say enough about a smooth easy transaction. It’s also nice. Will you have a strange delivery person coming to your house that they are skilled talented Platt courteous and a pleasure to work with and Chris was all of that.

Does not pay transportation services for container deliveries
We have been trying to collect payment for services rendered for months. We dont get answers through the phone when we call. We have had no response via the emails we have sent. Communication is poor and they have owed this money for some time now. This is not good business to us.

Poor Communication, and delivery contractors.
ORDERED and paid for in FULL A 20FT CONTAINER, Poor communication, doesn't have good set up with delivery companies. Matheus Gomes wanted to deliver almost a week later. I told them if that was case, refund it and Ill go elsewhere. Had eta of Tuesday, no phone call, no email, until I blew up their phone and missed 3/4 of a day running a retail shop..... then they want to deliver Friday. I deal with 600 companies on a daily basis... guess who I wont recommend.

bait and switch
Placed an order, delivery scheduled for yesterday. Confirmed via email and they even charged my card all while promising delivery on 9/10. 9/10 comes, no contact. I had to reach out to them to ask what was going on and was given a vague answer about a broken lift and potential sourcing of the container from a different yard. No update for hours afterward on whether or not that was happening. When I reached out this morning they told me delivery wouldn’t happen until the 15th. 5 days later than promised and 6 days after they charged my credit card. Very disappointed with this company.

Jeni was awesome I had a conflict with an appointment I had and Jen made arrangements to work with my time Frame for delivery
Chris, my delivery driver was professional and what a driver back into a tight spot worked with me and didn’t leave till I was happy. Jen and Chris were both very easy to work with would use them again.five stars easily

Exchange in abundance resulting to total customer satisfaction! Prompt replies to messages. Delivery on time as promoted to us at purchase. Informative updates on delivery. And the we were blown away by O.T. and Wayne on the delivery of the container. The container was exactly what were expected. An excellent product from the Conexwest team. We want to recognize Helen in purchasing, Jeni in delivery and O.T and Wayne for the excellent service they provide. These are valued employees; and that come from someone that oversees nationwide quality control for a service company. These are great people. Thank you for your service.

I recently ordered through Conexwest, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. My dispatcher, Jeni, was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She made sure I was updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly.
The delivery driver, Rogelio, was equally outstanding — punctual, courteous, and careful with the delivery. Both of them made the process stress-free and pleasant.
