Does not pay transportation services for container deliveries We have been trying to collect payment for services rendered for months. We dont get answers through the phone when we call. We have had no response via the emails we have sent. Communication is poor and they have owed this money for some time now. This is not good business to us.

DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!! I rented a container from this company and paid in full for two months. The container was picked up, but even after two months, I’m still receiving automated emails saying I have an unpaid invoice. The emails even warn that if payment isn’t received after three attempts, they’ll send it to collections. It’s been over a week that I’ve been trying to reach the company, none of my emails have been answered, and no one from customer service or accounting picks up the phone!! On top of that, my credit card keeps getting charged every month! Save yourself the headache and go with another company. Once they get your payment, they stop caring about you.

Poor Communication, and delivery contractors. ORDERED and paid for in FULL A 20FT CONTAINER, Poor communication, doesn't have good set up with delivery companies. Matheus Gomes wanted to deliver almost a week later. I told them if that was case, refund it and Ill go elsewhere. Had eta of Tuesday, no phone call, no email, until I blew up their phone and missed 3/4 of a day running a retail shop..... then they want to deliver Friday. I deal with 600 companies on a daily basis... guess who I wont recommend.

bait and switch Placed an order, delivery scheduled for yesterday. Confirmed via email and they even charged my card all while promising delivery on 9/10. 9/10 comes, no contact. I had to reach out to them to ask what was going on and was given a vague answer about a broken lift and potential sourcing of the container from a different yard. No update for hours afterward on whether or not that was happening. When I reached out this morning they told me delivery wouldn’t happen until the 15th. 5 days later than promised and 6 days after they charged my credit card. Very disappointed with this company.

Renters Be warned!! I rented a shipping container from Conexwest and the delivery scheduling was very disorganized. Manuel did not return calls or emails. The container has since been picked up and I am still getting billed. I called to get refunded on auto drafts still being deducted form my account and the same day they said it would be fixed I got another payment drafted form my account, which was 7 days after the last draft and I was on a monthly. I have since received 3 more invoices and every time I call, which by the way I have to call multiple times a day to get someone to answer, I am told accounts receivable person will fix it and then I get another invoice for a container that I no longer rent.

Jeni was awesome I had a conflict with an appointment I had and Jen made arrangements to work with my time Frame for delivery Chris, my delivery driver was professional and what a driver back into a tight spot worked with me and didn’t leave till I was happy. Jen and Chris were both very easy to work with would use them again.five stars easily

It's sad that as companies scale they go through a period where they drop the ball. Our last rental we experienced really bad customer service. Pick up of the container was scheduled 3 times and all the times the driver didn't show up or call which made us look bad with our customer. No one takes responsibility. I will not use this company again.

And the we were blown away by O.T. and Wayne on the delivery of the container. The container was exactly what were expected. An excellent product from the Conexwest team. I recently ordered through Conexwest, and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. My dispatcher, Jeni, was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She made sure I was updated every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The delivery driver, Rogelio, was equally outstanding — punctual, courteous, and careful with the delivery. Both of them made the process stress-free and pleasant. Conexwest clearly has a great team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.
