I don’t know why some people rated 1 or 2 star.
From my perspective they are doing their work properly and well mannered and all staffs are also behaving politely.
Personally I I’m happy with their work but it needs to be done in proper procedures and schedule, Checklist to be followed as mentioned in series so that patient understands next steps easily.

I am here by to take pre employment health check up. I finally completed all tests without delay in time. The medical staff's were present in the hospital are professionals. I suggest you to take pre or post health check ups in concept diagnostic if you want all check up in one place within small time duration.

This lab is completely unreliable. They provide fake and duplicate reports, delay delivery, and their staff service is miserable

We donot have your name in our patient data base so we r filing a complaint against you.
Extremely disappointing pathology laboratory. Poor communication, unnecessary delays in report delivery, and even instances of fake and duplicate reports. The staff service is highly unprofessional and pathetic.

First of all, you have come through your company, so there are certain rules that we have to adhere to. If you are not a step in patient and through an third party company then we cannot hand over you the reports because we have to follow the rules made by your company.
Secondly, the company you came through disnt pay for your reports, for which we never wrote a review for it.
Thirdly,
If your feel the reports are fake. Kindly get it done somewhere else and co relate and you will see how much is true and what is fake.
And next time before you blame anyone, think twice. Coz you mighy also get a legal notice for d misinformation and defaming us
for absolutely no reason.

Worst experience as they say best diagnostic center in ahmedabad...how can they say that as not providing reports after 3 days just because icici Lombard insurance company not paid them...such a big company will not pay them for single reports they are paying them in bulk every month...and a silly reason by the center we will not provide you report because company had not paid to us and diagnosis center had send reports to the company...why send to them if they are not paying to you...and if they are not paying to you why you provide services to costomer from icici Lombard. I'm going to pay the bill and when you receive from company you can give it back to me or else I don't need it because my urgency is the reports, still not providing the reports. When I said I will do police complain against you then they provide me reports after 3 days. Reports are not accurate hemoglobin from other diagnostic center my wife received 12.1 and here I received 11 don't know how they are working... whenever I had visited not found single doctor in the premises. On whom this diagnostic center is running only through staff which doesn't know anything atleast ask somebody if don't the answer...only through tieups in different companies it works.
