I had a pleasure to take part in Andy’s workshop on Social Media Communication and I can strongly recommend this for both beginners as well as slightly more advanced social media communicators. Andy does cover the most important and essential aspects, his knowledge is up to date and offers real solutions that can be implemented straight away!

A fantastic course - in depth analysis of the online and in-person media landscape, useful tools to enforce best practice - including comms strategy, implementation and evaluation techniques and training on interview style. Amazing training course, that I would recommend a million times over. I am an extremely reserved person, but I found myself so immersed in the course content that my participation was a no brainer. Caroline walked us through several concepts that felt relevant to the media landscape. Her content was easy to digest and helped us reflect on the ways we can improve our production values here in the Caribbean.
Andy was clear, thorough and concise. He's a wealth of knowledge on navigating platforms such as Twitter to improve viewer engagement.

Amazing course on digital media. One of the best, I would say. Very practical tips about social media platforms. I found especially useful the part about taking photos and the tips to make your photos better. The speaker was really great.

Strategic Communications Workshop lead by ComSkills back in 2015 was one of the most important 5 day practical training I have participated in my life - it allowed me an chance to understand key elements of public and diplomatic communications, relationship management and core skills around digital engagement. I took the digital workshop and it was a valuable learning experience for me.
Before now, there were some details I rarely paid attention to when using digital channels, this training has enlightened me in understanding the importance of these details. The workshop was interactive and practical, all thanks to the tutor who made myself & other trainees feel comfortable and gave us the opportunity to fully express ourselves.
